We booked our room on line. We got there about 10 pm. We were informed the hotel was full and we were out the money. The person behind the counter was very rude and made it feel like we were a bother

비교적 저렴한 가격때문인지 남미사람들이 많았어요. 그리고 일부 젊은이들이 대마초를 피우는 것 같은 냄새가 엘리베이터에 풍겼어요. 저는 2층에서 머물렀는데 냉장고 펜돌아가는 소리와 히터 돌아갈때 나는 소음과 먼지향이 상쾌함을 방해했어요. 그리고 욕실의 샤워기가 샤워기로 전환해도 2/3는 밑에 꼭지로 그냥 내려와서 샤워할때 샤워기의 물이 너무 적어서 많이 불편했어요. 그래도 주방시설을 이용해서 음식을 준비할 수 있어서 괜찮았지만 그릇등 주방의 용품은 단한가지도 없어요. 모두 준비해서 가져가야 음식을 만들수 있었어요. 싼가격에 장기간 지내기는 괜찮아요. 그런 설비만 보완된다면요. 직원들도 친절하고 좋습니다. 잘 지냈어요. 18일간요. 컴퓨터 없어요. 이상입니다.

Maybe the worst hotel in the continental US. Cage for a front desk. Took 40 minutes to check in, room is totally bare bones and environment so gross i slept with my jeans on. Snelled like carpet deoderizor. No shampoo. People drinking and partying in the halls.

It was a nice place to stay very affordable
I enjoyed staying here it was clean and affordable. It came with a full size refrigerator and stove top also a kitchen sink. I liked that it was close to the highway and easy to find. The only thing I didn't like is it was just a full size bed and with 2 people it was a bit small. It would of been much better stay if it was a queen.

Never Again spend 20 extra elsewhere
Terrible place.Not a hotel. This place is setup for road workers. Lots of people every day outside of every exit and entry door drinking until 12am and smoking. Not good for families or wives with a group of 5 drunk men.The hotel is setup to scam you out of every dollar. There are requirements 24hrs ahead of check out or they charge you..there is absolutely nothing offered coffee, utensils,computer, nothing..even the toilet paper cost if you need extra. Don't get a single mark on the towels or they charge you.Internet is slow. You have to take your trash with you and clean your own room.. or they charge a cleaning fee. Housekeeping is 1 time every 7 days.You cannot refuse it or the gm will come in your room with you in your underwear and wife trying to hide under the sheets to inspect your room at 9am!after you have told them that you work nights They get frustrated very easy If you complain he just sight's policy and then will run thru the office and hotel after you and tell you if you don't like it you can leave without a refund for days you already paid for. Unbelievable.This is the worst hotel experience ever.. and I live in a third world country half of every year.They are scammers. The gm is try to maximize profits at the expense of the customers and take advantage.Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 20 somewhere else. I stay up the road now at a more expensive place when I'm in town every month..thank gosh.

We stayed only one night. The hotel was clean, room was clean, the other guests were friendly, we met a lot of people, but there was no front desk staff. It was basically closed, we had to call to get someone to come to the window (that was closed off by a metal gate). It was something I never experienced before without it being in the middle of the night. Overall, it was a nice, clean hotel and I would stay again.

Inexpensive, but not worth the money your spending
We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean. But the bed is basically a cot. It's a 3-4 inch mattress on a metal frame with slats for support. The pillows were terrible. Also super thin. Made it hard to sleep. The kitchen was very clean which I appreciated. People would congregate outside the hotel enterences and it was difficult to get inside. Then,even though you could hear the hotel staff behind the shut metal barricade that was the front desk, you had to call them on a phone and then slip them the keys under the barricade. It was a strange experience I wasn't expecting. I felt safe, but I probably won't stay there again.

Did not get a room. Hotel did not honor my Orbitz reservation said they were no rooms available once I arrived. They were not concerned what I did or where we went from there.

Take out your own trash, reqiured check-out form?
It was the cheapest we could find for our one night stay. The service was horrible. The check-in process took 20 mins because the front desk lady would continue to answer phone calls.The worst part is there's another employee sitting next to her doing nothing. We finally checked-in and went to our room. The bed is on a cheap metal frames. Poor bathroom and thin walls and flooring. They gave us a check out paper that has the requirements for checking out. One of the requirement is you have to take out your own trash. I've slept in 100s of places and never had to service my own trash the next day. Another requiremet is you have to turn in a form upon check-out or you will get charge $45 for failing to submit the form. Never have I seen anything like this before. Never going back to this place.

European Style Buffet / Studio Apartment
This is not the American style of hotel stay ... no turn down service ... no exercise room ... no morning breakfast room ... no daily maid services - BUT it does have value! (Hotel also provides weekly rates as well.) If you are looking for a studio apartment with a stove top, refrigerator and a comfortable bed, etc. this is the place for you. If you want all the other accommodations ... it better to look elsewhere and prevent any disappointments.

Not a good stop for a couple
We thought this was a standard hotel but no - this was something that people working away from home might stay at. We were surprised to find a list of rules upon entry and there were no extras. No coffee. No ice. No shampoo and conditioner. I felt like I was camp in middle school rather than staying at a hotel. This was probably the worst hotel experience I have had yet in my 32 years of living.

Nice surprise.
Was not expecting a hotel with long term guests and was a little leery with the list of rules and policies. When I got to my room, I was well pleased with the cleanliness and amenities. Good value.

There were noises around me from both walls and ceiling. I think these walls and ceilings were not properly insulated. I can't get sleep well in this hotel. I could hear even noise from the hallway when somebody's passing my room.

Building was new and clean. Handicapped facility was adequate. Male staff was very helpful. Amenities are nonexistant, which is fine. However the rooms do have a well-placed kitchen with stove, sink, and frig. I appreciated not being bothered by cleaning staff at the crack of dawn.

worst experience ever. Will never choose value place. Room was dirty, one of the gentlemen work rude and threatening. I am a frequent flyer never met a worker like him. Asked him for iron and board and was accused of being rude and was threatened to be kicked out by him. The manager came and apologized on his behalf, She was the only reason that I completed my stay there. This hotel is not meant for family to stay, the hallway smelled like urine. Met a drunk person in his underwear trying to open different room, saw police at least twice in this hotel. Felt scarred with my kids.

the worst experience, this kind of place is meant for contractors. The manager and the front desk lady was nice but gentleman was so rude and unprofessional. The room does not include dishes, soap or even shampoo. Had to ask for them and the guy had worst attitude like he was doing us a favor. I felt afraid in the neighborhood. will never choose value place. in one word its a dump.

The hotel is broken down, and very dirty and smelly. The entrance doors sometimes work. The room doors do not close well. The rooms are dirty, the beds are not comfortable, the towels are stained and gross. The ONLY redeeming factor is the price.

Economical option
I needed a place to sleep. This is not regular hotel, usually used for someone who knows this is for longer term, economical stay. Bring your own soap, and toiletries. The manager cares about the people, so it's a good hotel.

Expedia overbooked my reservation. Value Place won't accept my reservation due to overbook. It caused me frustration to find a place for rest day from Sturgis. Expedia should check system before accept my reservation. The clerk was in bad attitude and rude to us. We don't appreciate this.

I got to the hotel front desk and there was no staff attending it. After waiting for 15 minutes someone finally showed up, just to tell me that he couldn't find the reservation I made through travelocity and that there were no rooms available

This is a newer building and kept in very good condition. I wouldn't consider any other hotel/motel in Sioux Falls for extended stay.

Don't waste your money like I did....
Wow..this place is sooo loud every door slams metal to metal my room was next to a outside door so bad it would shake the walls next day I told the front desk about it and the two people where very aware with past complaints ..it was so bad that I went and bought and installed weather striping to help from the wall shaking slams it helped nobody showed much interest in fixing the problem very disappointing I still have six more nights here never again.. There's also a charge for every thing even toilet paper. Spend the extra and go down the road..

Great place for extended stays.
I found Value Place in Sioux FAlls, SD a well maintained building with helpful, pleasant staff who were available when I needed them. The studio room was large with the convenience of a refrigerator, stove and microwave, and lots of storage, and a laundy room in the building

I was recently a guest at this completely clean hotel, everything was clean and the price was awsome! It was also very safe!!!
