Paper thin walls so you can hear the next room yelling and fighting. Asked for a wakeup call and never got because the phone was dead. Next to train tracks and train came through every 2 hours. Kids running and yelling in the hall 11:00 at night.

First off the staff was beyond amazing and very accommodating! We were helped by 3 different front staff and they were all truly awesome! The guy in the morning should be used as a measuring stick for training how front staff should be as he was a 10/10. The hotel is getting some facelift. It was clean and bed was comfortable and very clean. I will stay there again next time.

Service was great. Our first room, the toilet didn't work so we were moved immediately. Room was clean. AC unit needs updated it is really loud when running.

No hot tub, yet clean!
Beds were comfy, fridge was cold, tv worked, shower was nice and hot, plenty of parking for truck/trailer. The ac/heat unit in room 108 needs to be replaced. When it’s on, the fan squeals. We didn’t even use it. Because it didn’t even work. NO HOT TUB. very disappointing.

Not a restful night's sleep...
We had been driving most of the day & just needed a place to rest for the evening. We saw this property listed & decided to give it a try as we were approaching Sioux City. The room was on the small side, but liked that we had a private entrance directly into our room, much like the old motels. The property was a bit old, but was relatively clean. Noise was a problem as I'm pretty sure a herd of water buffalos were booked in the rooms directly above & adjacent to ours. Throw in the trains who less than a block from the property decided they needed to blow their horns incessantly through the night, and the inconsiderate individuals who thought it a great idea to start up their monster trucks & rev the snot out of them in the early morning hours...Not a restful night's sleep, which is what we were looking for.

Last year was my first time there. On the way out, was great experience. On the trip back it was bad. Bad customer service, opposite of my first stay. This year i thought i would try it again. On the way out it was good, but the room had broken toilet seat and sink. Tried to report it when discovered, but nobody was at the desk. I tried couple more times but no show. On the way back, room was much nicer, cleaner and really nice. This could be really good place, but inconsistent.

Staff was amazing let us use the pool for a little bit even though it had just closed because we got there late after a long day of riding! Room smelled a little funny and the carpet could use a cleaning but everything was clean.

Overall I had a great stay here. The staff is professional and friendly demeanor. We stayed here for 9 nights since our home was being fixed. The breakfast was good nothing too fancy just right amount of options. The pool was always clean and available. The room was always nicely cleaned, just wish they vacuumed it more. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a nice hotel to stay at with affordable prices and nice location.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, we came with our dog and the pet friendly room was in horrible condition. The fridge was unplugged, the microwave was extremely old and dirty, the door was scratched up, the bath made a loud noise when it was on bath instead of shower and there were many other little cleanliness things that made us a little uncomfortable.

We had a late check-in. The clerk expedited the check-in for us quickly so we could get some sleep. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

Safe and clean … but no Hot tub!
Expedia listing was not accurate as the hotel did not have hot tub as listed on the site. Clerk was new but provided service in a polite manner. Appears as though mgmt has been attempting to update things within. Hot tub was totally filled with cement and staff laughed as we stated their listing on Expedia was inaccurate and misleading.
