We switched to the bulk shampoo in the showers rather than the small bottles and so far that has been a much better option for us. We are considering bringing the conditioner back in the bulk bottles in the showers also. However, until then, we do have some stashed away behind the desk for guests who request it. Just an FYI for next time. And we sure do hope there is a next time! Thanks again for your review.

Our check in time is listed on all websites, including Expedia. 3:00 is a very standard check in time to most hotels. We do what we can to accommodate early check ins and get guests into their rooms as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, when we are busy, we need to give our housekeeping staff a little extra time to ensure rooms are cleaned properly.
