For the price, I was disappointed. 4:40 check-in?! No continental breakfast?! Should be at most a $300/night rate not a $500/night rate. I am puzzled as to how this resort got a 4th star. The place wreaks of mismanagement & needs to invest in its staff & their professional development. Staff I encountered in reservations, guest services, housekeeping & dining were polite & deserve better. The customers certainly deserve better. There are also areas of blatant inefficiency -standing, staring off, not helping people. The furniture in the lobby is dirty and worn. Same w/ the grounds outside and a lot of the furniture except the pool loungers (seemed fine). We were the first to arrive at the Lagoon Pool (kids pool) Sat & Sun & the grounds were not clean--there was sticky residue from spilled drinks from day before (why is there hard alc. there?); so was the bathroom (from the day before) to the point of unusable. The bathroom off the lobby was also not clean in the morning - there is no attendant to maintain it more regularly. So then just go up to your room--but with only one elevator working on Sunday that could take 15-20 minutes (30-40 roundtrip). W/ children, elderly or anyone really it's unreasonable. The quality of the food - w/ the exception of fresh muscles is poor. It's like eating at Friday's only prettier. The cafe also needs to get w/ the 21st century. No one wants to eat a cupcake the size of their head. Nor do we want fake Greek yogurt...

Too loud, valet so slow and too busy. Lobby smells of fragrance to cover the old. Price does not relect the facility. Never go back.

The customer service was excellent. Not a new property but is well maintained. Cute tiki bar by the beach. Beautiful 2 bedroom with a nice view. We would stay here again.

We had a great time at this resort. Our condo was so spacious and clean. The private beach access was amazing and with this included a full setup (chairs, umbrellas, and food & drink service). Could not ask for better! Only bummer was the main restaurant’s kitchen was closed to reconstruction but they still had other food options at the tiki bars and on campus Starbucks.

I liked the room size I did not like lack of monitoring around the pool especially the little kids in the hot tub The food choices were limited Valet parking was the only parking option, I guess I should read a little more, I would assume people would be able to park on there own at the resort...

Excellent room. Excellent staff. Very good service. Cleaning on the room was excellent. Service at restaurant by Roberto was excellent Service by Gigi at the pool was excellent. Person at the Front desk at the tine of arrival was excellent, we request a room change and she was very nice.valet parking at the property excellent too.bellman Mr Chaplin excellent service. Very nice room. Beach access, area and staff were great. Ocean 3800 restaurant had renovations underway and was closed which was a surprise. Mixed results at the other onsite restaurant The Reef. Valet was also hit and miss. Biggest problem there was simply a lack of communication as to why it was taking >30 minutes to get our car. Room service was excellent.

I was told at booking the room was an ocean view. It was a partial view. For over $600 a night, it was disappointing to not have an ocean view. The hotel said there are no rooms that are full ocean view.

This marked our second visit to this establishment; our initial experience a year prior was flawless in every way. During our first stay, we opted for an ocean-view room and were delighted with a beautiful room that offered views of the pools and beachfront from a charming balcony. On this occasion, we also reserved a week's stay in what was advertised as an ocean-view room. However, we were disappointed to find our room faced a public beach parking lot, with a partial ocean view only achievable by sitting on the left side of the balcony and looking right. From the left, the view comprised mainly of the parking area. Upon inquiring at the front desk, we were informed that what we had booked was indeed considered an "ocean view" room, whereas the rooms directly facing the ocean were categorized as "ocean facing"—a distinction not made clear on their website. They mentioned these were fully booked for our time frame, a detail conveniently omitted online, which felt misleading. Had we known, we would have sought accommodations elsewhere. Regrettably, the issues didn't end there. On the first day, our room was overlooked for cleaning. Upon our evening return and after inquiring why, we were erroneously told we had left a "Do Not Disturb" sign out, which wasn't the case. Our request for clean towels was initially acknowledged but not fulfilled. The following day, after a rude interaction with the desk when requesting towels your money is better spent elswhere

The hotel/resort is very nice. It is clean, quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. Your room is a condo; it is quite spacious and has good amenities (2 TVs, a balcony, a kitchen (no stove but a modified stove top), a fridge, and a stackable washer/dryer. My complaints are that for the price, it is not all-inclusive. You must pay for food and to park. There are no public garages or other parking options so the $40/day is another fee that cannot be avoided. Also, not much variety in food options. One restaurant and the food is okay - nothing great. There is a local grocery story about a mile away. Recommend shopping there for breakfast, food one can cook on stove top, and snacks to minimize cost and for variety. I enjoyed my time at the beach - showed up and got a chair and unlimited towels (but these are included in resort fee). Overall - good to get away, quiet, and relaxing but not worth the inflated prices/fees.

The beach was clean she conveniently located. It was quiet and the staff were all very professional and the area felt safe. The staff at the valet were always extremely quick to retrieve our vehicle and were kind and professional. We will definitely be back in the future!!

I was very happy with everything. It was a girls trip/surprise bachelorette for my daughter.Rod helped us at the pool in our cabana and was great. Check in was great at check in and check out. The concierge was also very helpful with getting champagne and fruit and cheese platters. (Frank and Shawn) We also loved our massages! I would definitely recommend! Marianne

Where to start? This was by far, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so incredibly kind and nice I felt like I didn’t deserve such treatment! They were extremely accommodating and ready to literally serve us with anything we needed at whatever time. The hotel itself was beautiful! The beach and beach staff was amazing as well. The restaurant, front desk, valet staff, everyone in general really made an effort to make sure our stay was unforgettable. Our room and view were top notch! There was a need for some minor upgrades in the bathroom but everything else was so good that those little details didn’t even matter. Our family had the best time here. Such good time that my 6yo cried on our last day there because we were leaving. I definitely plan to stay here again many many times :) very happy with this property.

No parking options means expensive valet parking is a requirement. This should be disclosed up front. Parking cost per day were excessive and with many long waits. Similarly, Convenience fees for a list of things I don’t use, is a ripoff. All in all, given the fact, I was already there across the country with no options, it felt like extortion.

Outstanding beachfront resort
We love this hotel! Besides the two fabulous pools, the beach is amazing with a reef that is right offshore and is great for snorkeling. All the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Can’t wait to book another stay at this great resort.
