“Lovely Little Hotel”
Petit Palace Santa Cruz is a smallish modern comfortable hotel in the heart of the old Santa Cruz district of Seville, about fifteen minutes from the airport. It's traditional facade hides the cool modern interior. The staff were fabulous, so very helpful and informative. It is a hotel I would definitely go back to. I was there with my mother and sister and we had a family room, our only complaint was the bunk beds were a little hard!
“Nothing was too much trouble”
The staff at the Petit Palace bent over backwards to help us reorganize our stay once it became clear that the rainy weather wouldn't allow us to spend much time at the Feria. They booked us into the Arab baths, they booked a flamenco show for us and they were unfailingly smiling and corteous.
“Excellent location”
We where 3 adults and the room was big enough for all. Excellent location. Walking distance from the main attractions. Excellent breakfast and service.
“Great surprise”
This was a great botique hotel. Very clean and updated. We were very surprised and happy to stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful.
“Peteit Palace Santa Cruz - best things come in small packages”
Staff in the hotel spoke good english and were extremenly helpful. Although small the hotel was excellent in all aspects. Nice clean spacious room although I did find the bed a bit firm. Lovely little hotel ideally situated for the main tourist attractions, would definitely use this hotel if I visited Seville again.

It was an excellent hotel, the breakfast was expensive but alternatives were easy to find.
“Perfect for three”
Stayed in May 2010 with wife and daughter for two nights. Had a great triple with plenty of room, great view of church across the street, located in nice location with plenty of options nearby for tapas, sightseeing etc. Computer in room for use was nice for us and for our daughter. Great breakfast - I'm always entertained by the complaints about breakfast pricing. It's always the same at hotels so take it or leave it. The convenience is worth it to me. Be careful about parking - one option is to park at the train station and take a taxi if the garages closer are full. Or just rent your care from the train station when you leave.
“Petit Palace Santa Cruz”
Excellent hotel and very central. Staff very helpful. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Comfortable, clean and high standard. Highly recommended. Close to good center but away from from normal city chaos
“Modern hotel, fantastic location”
Very high tech hotel in heart of Seville and only a 5 mins walk to the main Cathedral and Palace. Has fantastic tapas bars nearby. Buffet breakfast had a great selection. Staff very helpful. Seville is a walkable city, made easier by the central location of this hotel. Rooms clean, bed very comfy, flat screen tv with satellite and bathroom was v modern with a massive spa/massage shower!
“Wonderful way to experience Sevilla”
The hotel was wonderful. It is in an excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and their English is very good. A wonderful extra that is in each room are computers. It was an excellent way to check out train schedules or tourist sites. Next time we will stay in the exact same place.
