Empleados amables. Le falta mucho de servicio al hotel. No tienen caja fuerte, no dejan agua embotellada. El cafe y el azucar hay que estar pidiendo que dejen bastante. El segundo dia le pedi y se molestaron.

great location and lovely staff. the room was far smaller than it looked in the pictures, bit it was comfortable enough and the rest of the hotel was really nice

Bathroom needed an upgrade. Bath was actually rusting in parts. Very difficult to reach by car. Nearby overnight public parking incredibly expensive at Plaza de la Concordia - 32 euros for less than 24 hrs.

a charmingly quirky hotel
This is a charmingly quirky hotel ideally located in the old part of the city and within easy walking distance of many key sights. My room was large and comfortable with a wonderful view across the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a lovely internal courtyard to relax in. The only let-down was the breakfast (which was an optional extra for 8 Euro). This was buffet-style and most of the pastries and bread were unappetisingly individually wrapped in plastic. For such a delightful hotel they're really missing a trick with this uninspiring offering. Also, mind your head as you walk down into the breakfast room or the low ceiling will wake you up more effectively than the coffee that's on offer!

It was very hard to find this hotel using my navigator. Parking space is far from hotel. Staff did not know "free" parking detail from my booking.

Finding this place is horrible. Good luck cause they also have road closure with no way of getting into the hotel if you have a car. Bathroom stinks of sewage coming from plumbing. Room is quite nice though.

Good Hotel in great location
Hotel was in great location, within 10 mins walk of all major sites, room was clean and we had a lovely patio area with views over the charming square at the front of hotel. Breakfast was continental style enough to get you started for the day. Would definitely recommend this hotel, we had a fab time In Seville.

State that it is air conditioned but there is NOT!
It is terrible hot and claim that air conditioned hotel but it's not!!! I told them there is no air condition in the room and the reception ask me to leave the key for them to have a look while I out for dinner. I said make sure it turns on. When I back there is not work and just discover the other room is not on and been told the hotel has not turn on the air condition in all rooms!!!

Dear customer, thank you for your comment and we felt that the temperature was not at the optimum point of your wishes. To prevent this from happening again we have taken very strong measures and we have reformed the air conditioning system by changing from the general system to the customized one. Which can be adjusted from the room itself with a remote control. Comments like yours have made us improve. Thank you very much.

I only stayed one night. The room was small but clean and confy. Toilet was also very clean but shower way too small. My room was facing the courtyard so it was quiet despite being in the shopping heart of the city. They serve breakfast from the cafeteria in front of the hotel, I had to leave at 8:30am and because it wasn't open I couldn't have my breakfast. They gave me 5€ back from my booking but it was quiet disappointing.

Small room, no A/C not many amenity, good location
The only good of this hotel is the location, it 's close to some shops, food, the parking have to pay for and far from the hotel. We booked with parking and buffet breakfast, but the restaurant is closed. So had to eat the restaurant across the hotel, no choice to choose, just so, so breakfast.

Would definitely stay again
The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Checkout is 12 pm which is great for later flights. Breakfast was good, tasty and plentiful. The hotel has a real Spanish feel about it and is really nicely decorated and the rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable. No hairdryer in the room but one can be borrowed from Reception, no tea/coffee making facilities but the Hotel is supposedly only 2 * so that's to be expected. Overall, a good stay and I would certainly stay there again and recommend it.

The place was clean and well located but the room was super small. I also had to keep giving in my key every time I exited the hotel which because awkward to wake up the attendant at night every time I wanted to enter the hotel.

Expensive to park as you have to use public underground parking. The hotel has arrangement, so each day was a couple of Euro less than normal. Where the hotel is situated is excellent! Beside a wonderful plaza with bars and restaurants. We stayed 2 nights - first night we had a bigger room with a double bed and a single bed (for 2 of us). We were changed the second night to a smaller room but had a great big terrace.

This hotel was okay. Rooms were clean and the location was fine. Beds were not super comfortable. The staff here only speaks Spanish, so keep that in mind if your language skills are limited. I think if I went back to Sevilla I would probably look for somewhere a little nicer.

Attractive, unique hotel
Really unique decor, a comfortable and interesting option. Clean, comfortable rooms. the breakfast room is in the basement, and although pleasant, for almost €7 for the buffet breakfast it makes more sense to use one of the cafes in the square outside for a similar price and enjoy the open air.
