“Great location for sightseeing”
Have just returned from a 2 night stay in the Becquer Hotel and I loved it. The hotel was very central, it was great fir sightseeing most sights were within walking distance. Rooms were clean and airy. Great breakfast, hot and cold buffet and was kept well stocked. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
“Good hotel”
We stayed at the Bequer Hotel July 1 & 2, 2008. This is a first class hotel and has a great location. The staff spoke English and was very helpful. Parking was $15 in a garage behind the hotel. Located within walking disntance to all major sites and near many cafes. The pool was on the roof and had a great view. Coffee and tea were provided in the room and a safe that required a deposit. Banks are next to the hotel and will exchange US dollars.
“Will definitely return”
Loved the hotel (and sevilla!!). The front esk was amazingly helpful, the restaurant in the bottom floor was magnificient, and the room went above and beyond our expectations. It was tastefully furnished, a good size, with great air conditioning and at an unbeatable price. The location was also fantastic- right on the Rio Guadalquidir- which makes it great for late-night romantic strolls or going out (across the bridge in the Triana district). loved it and will recommend to friends/family
“Highly recommended”
This is a very comfortable, clean hotel, ideally situated to explore Seville. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was of a very good standard, the breakfast buffet offering a wide choice, including fresh fruit and bread products, as well as a cooked breakfast choice. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville, business traveller and tourist alike.
“Excellent hotel in great location”
Our room was in the new part of the hotel and it was great - good sized and spotlessly clean bathroom and very comfy beds. Great location near good restaurants, shops and main sights of Santa Cruz. Highly recommended.
“Becquer's good”
Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts, central location--I walked all over Seville from it. There is an excellent tapas place just up the street. I wondered about a piece of paper taped to my window, which faced a back courtyard: "Forbidden to look out the window between 4 and 9 PM." I probably violated this rule, because I didn't see it until day 2. But there was nothing to see. Just other hotel windows and a few plants....Why was it there??? I wanted to ask in the lobby, but never found the time/occasion...

Hôtel de très bon standing. Chambre spacieuses offrant un excellent confort, parties communes très agréables. Accueil très professionnel, bien qu'un peu froid et impersonnel.
“Great front desk service!”
The staff at the front desk was very friendly and knew a lot about Seville, where to eat and what to see. The room was very clean and both the bedroom and bathroom were a decent size. The decor is modest and the view is uninteresting but I would definitely return to this hotel.
