Hi Sam, Thank you for your comments and review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay with Hello Cayman and on the property but I am not happy that your bed was in bad shape. Having a good nights' sleep is very important and as I strive to keep the units that I manage in tip top shape I want to make sure your experience is spot on and as good as it can possibly be. Can you please share w/ me what unit you were in so that I can investigate the poor quality of the bed? I don't want anyone staying with me to have a bad night's sleep due to a saggy mattress. I would want to have the mattress replaced immediately, but I do not know what unit you were in. Please let me know so that if hopefully you return, you will enjoy your stay a bit more and have a great night's sleep too. Thank you and I hope to hear back from you.

All of the units that I manage do have blenders, sometimes they are tucked away but we always want our visitors to have a great experience and be able to make the tropical drinks that put you in vacation mode. We try to furnish the villas just like your home and make sure that we cover every detail to ensure you have the very best time. With the fully equipped kitchens, a lot of guests like yourselves find eating breakfast and lunch in, then splurging for nighttime dinners are the way to go. Plus not to mention spending the whole day on the beach on one of the lounge chairs under the natural shade from the great casuarina trees.
