“Seoul the Soul city”
I was so pleased to stay this hotel. When I just arrived, lots of employees greeted me from the valet parking area to lead me to check in smoothly. Also their overall service was perfect. I am totally recommend this hotel to my friends.
“Can't wait to go back”
One of the best hotel in Seoul
“high tech, high design”
“Best Hotel”
This is definitely one of the best hotel I stayed in. I would definitely stay here again when i visit seoul next time. I loved design & layout of the room & the bathroom. Food & drinks are rather expensive. But other than that - it is definitely place you can relax whilst holiday.
“Coolest Hotel In Seoul”
I've stayed at the Park Hyatt in Seoul twice and this is hands down the best high-end hotel in the city. It's conveniently located right next to COEX and on top of the Samsung subway station. The service and staff are outstanding. And the overall design is modern minimalist. The only negatives are that it has the tiniest driveway I've ever seen for a hotel of this size. Cab drivers have a hard time locating it and so you have to go out on the street to grab one, which is easy anyway. The way they designed the room's light and curtain interfaces into subtle grids fits the minimalist approach, but might confuse the hell out of some people.
“Breathtaking Views”
The swimming pool on the 25th Floor is just unbelievable ...
“Impressive Ultra Modern and Spacious (for Seoul)”
Nothing less than what one would expect from a Park Hyatt. Absolutely delightful to find bell hops who spoke good English in the most polite and helpful demeanour. Something you'd expect only at the frontdesk in other 5-star hotels. They'd even start a car in freezing 5am weather to drive you 2 blocks to the bus station for catch a bus to the airport. Complimentary!
“it is one of the best hotels where I stayed in so many foreign countries”
People working for the hotel seem to be so nice and kind. The room I stayed was so clean and well maintained. The only problem was that its location was hard to find.
“The BEST hotel in Seoul”
It's pricey hotel even among several 5 star hotels located in Seoul. HOWEVER, it is very worth every penny you spend. The brand "Park Hyatt" will never let you down.
“Luxurious - but not flashy”
Hotels in Seoul serve many roles. Eating, hosting a meeting, or staying at a 5-star hotel connotes class and prestige. Koreans pay for not only quality and service but also perception. The Park Hyatt is very low key. In fact, I must have walked past it many times but never noticed it. You literally have to drive through a back alley to get dropped off. No grand lobby. No flash. Subtle. Quiet. Check-in is on the top floor. It's not exactly a see and be seen hotel. The breakfast buffet is largely made to order so there is no massive outlay like at other 5 star hotels in Seoul. That being said, the hotel is very nice. The staff are attentive and the food is quite good - if not excellent. I stay in many nice hotels around the world, and this one is really nice - if not stunningly luxurious (depending on your perspective). Only two complaints. In Seoul, one doesn't expect to be charged for internet connectivity. The Park Hyatt will charge you a lot. I think I paid $150 for a week. If you have friends in Seoul, they can get you a WiFi pass for $30 a month and that will work anywhere in Seoul. The only other grip is there is only ONE elevator that goes from the rooms to the street.
