Good place. Could be better
Can't complain for the price. It's in a central location. The room itself isn't cozy so we didn't spend much time in it. It was just a place to sleep and shower. Breakfast was decent and the room was cleaned daily. Good enough for the price but if you can afford better, book somewhere else.

Great price and comfortable in central Seoul
It was a nice small hotel in an area really close to Seoul Plaza. It's tucked back slightly into an alley so it was a little difficult to find at first. No problems with the room except for no drinking water bottles included.

The room is comfortable. The hotel is very hard to find on Kakao Maps app. Its front door is hidden in a tiny alley away diagnonal from 7-Eleven and behind a resturant.

The hotel was not what it appeared in the photos listed; I asked for a non-smoking room. The room reeked of smoke; there was a smoke stain on the walls in the bathroom; with used toiletries (open toothpaste)

Nice hotel in the central part of Seoul
Hotel is close to lot of shopping places and attractions. Easy to get to metro and main train station as well. Plenty of restaurants and markets around.

It's a good place, good restaurants around.
We stayed there for 4 nights, and was not a bad experience. Pro: close to city centre and many tourist attractions. Good restaurants around. Easy to get to the airport. Cons: Room service is bad. Breakfast is too simple and if you are not early you won't get any! Fridge is just enough for 2 cans (they have screwed a metal frame in to reduce the capacity).

Great location and amazing value for money
I needed a clean, cheap place that close a metro station just to sleep for a night and this place was more than did the job. It's super close to City Hall station and steps away from several restaurants and cafes and even just down the street from Namdaemun. The hotel staff were super friendly and efficient, check in and check out were a breeze. The room was small, but very clean and quiet and totally acceptable for what I needed. The price was very reasonable, don't expect high luxury or anything, but for $30usd in a major city right downtown, it's really great value for money.

Not worth the price
The price was too high for the value. If it's your last resort, understandable. Otherwise, choose another hotel if you want to pay their rates. This hotel should be valued at $50/night. Walking into the room it smells old and the bedding should be replaced with newer bedding.

Ok stay place was hard to find, quite dangerous when night falls, hotel was very old if you love challenges and on a Budget this might be a ok place to stay, counter staff did not get my request of an extra pillow, some rules in hotel but very friendly cleaning lady.

Small and simple but it does the job.
don't flush toilet paper down the toilet. easy access in and out of the hotel. no frills. neighboring seemed shoddy at first, but had it's little charm also.

Very nice for the $$.
I really enjoyed my stay. I arrived by train to the city hall station. I had a very difficult time finding the hotel. Hint: Exit the station out of door 7 or 8. Then look for the hotel Aropa. It's much larger and the hotel is right behind it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even booked a tour and made dinner arrangements for me. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable (but small). The shower was hot with very good pressure. I'd definetly go back. It was a great value.

Good Value Central Hotel
Stayed here for 3 nights recently and this small hotel is in a great central location near the City Hall MTR station around 5-7 minutes walking. Clean rooms with fairly sized LED TV, small fridge and hot thermos bottle. The bed is fairly stiff. Room with good water pressure Hot and Cold and toiletries of body gel, shampoo and a bar of soap and toothpaste were provided.Hotel provided hot and cold water dispenser at the lobby. Fairly good complimentary Wi-Fi room and lobby. Good Free hearty breakfast that changes daily. Very good coffee, Hard boiled eggs, Toasts, sausages,Fried Rice, Cereals, vegetables and soup. Hotel at first is kind of hard to find. Use Hotel Aropa and Man's sauna 24 as your guide. This is a big hotel as easier to locate. Daewoo Hotel is just behind Hotel Aropa. There is a 7-11 just around the small corner and the area is full of places to eats, bars. To reach the hotel, you may take the airport limousine bus for around 10,000 won and drop off at the Namdaemun bus stop. Go across the street to go to the opposite side. I would suggest you get a wifi device at the airport as this can be handy as it is unlimited and you can use google map to guide you to the hotel after being dropped off from the Airport limousine Bus. Mr. Kim at the reception speaks fairly good English & very helpful.Breakfast that is from 8:00 AM till only 9:30AM. I would recommend this small centrally located hotel to my friends as it offers good value. Hope my review is helpful.

Average hotel, book it if it's on offer only! Good thing is breakfast included, really nice! Bad thing is some of the staff, especially a woman at the reception working the night shift who continuously watches her Korean soap operas and blatantly ignores you!!! ;-) Other staff members were really nice though!

Centrally located, comfortable but average hotel
If you are looking for a clean, centrally located and affordable hotel, this would be a good choice. A bit hard to find as it is tucked in a tiny tiny street but it is walking distance to the City Hall, Myeongdong and other sights. I was given the awkward room right next to the reception, which meant that anything that was happening at the reception, I could hear. Not great, so I'd recommend requesting rooms on the 2nd floor and higher. Beds were very hard but I was always so tired I did not mind at the end of the day. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely and definitely the perk of my stay. I'd have given it 4 stars if it were not for the last interaction with the hotel staff. Upon my kind request if I can have my boarding pass printed out, the receptionist yelled at me 'Can't! Not possible! Don't have the connection to the printer!" and very rudely tried to get rid of my request. When I said I could easily give him the document on a USB and all he had to do was to plug it into his computer, he barked at me "A thousand won!" Rather than shocked by the necessity to pay to have a single paper printed out, it was the horrible reaction of this receptionist that definitely made me NOT want to ever return and stay there.

Little more expensive than I am used to, but found a good deal here for about $30 per night. I think there are better options for the price they quoted (about $50 usually). The room was pretty small but clean, good wifi and decent breakfast. English speaking service is a bonus. Good area near city hall, although a bit difficult to find for those without wifi/GPS. Overall recommended for those looking for central location and relatively affordable. Apparently there is laundry service provided also.

The price is cheap for the stay. Breakfast is something I look forward everyday. Best breakfast I had in Korea. The lady at the kitchen is very friendly and cheerful. Its a good start to the day with the good food and welcoming cook! Cleanliness of the room varies. Window pane ledges was a bit mouldy and dusty. Door is smaller than usual, not a problem though. Water pressure is good, have at least 5 socket to use. The floor, bed, towel, toilets are all clean. The housekeeping lady wiped the floor with a cloth. Recommend to get a higher floor room or non-corner room. Was worried (for nothing) that someone could enter the room via aluminium roof top from adjacent 1 storey building.

Little gem in the heart of Seoul.
This little hotel was a bit tricky to find at first. Upon arriving into my room, it was quite small, but clean. The all in one shower/bathroom takes getting used to, but it got the job done. If you have larger suitcases, you may have trouble getting them through the door. For the price I paid, this was definitely worth it (provided you aren't too demanding of small hotels). The breakfast was delicious, with Korean and western style food options. All in all, a really solid hotel... although, I wouldn't really call this a hotel, or inn... It's more of a family run, bed and breakfast. Love the location (2 minute walk from City Hall station), love the price, love the food. Highly recommend, if you're just looking for a place stay and you don't care about room service, spaciousness of rooms, and other high end luxuries you find in a 5 star hotel. The staff are really helpful and kind! They give you a warm welcome and really makes you feel like at home...

到着日があいにくの雨で、スマホを見ながら行けなくて、少し迷いました。 ホテルな方はとても親切で、部屋もタオルも清潔でした。 二泊三日の最後に、南大門市場の「モクチャコルモク」が、道を渡ってすぐだと知りました。 道も覚えたし、次も空いてれば泊まろうと思います。

立地はとても良い。ホテルの入口がふぐ店のわき道を入ったところにあるので最初は見つけにくいかもしれません。部屋は一人で泊まるのであれば十分快適でした。
