This is my sixth visit to this hotel. I always choose it when I go to Korea. The location is perfect for shopping and transportation. The staff is always friendly and wonderful. The only downside is the small room. It's fine for a single person but can be tight for a couple or friends. Otherwise, it's perfect for me and my fiancé.

we got a king size bed and it was huge. we loved it. the only down side was that the hotel room was very small. the bathroom was amazing.

I stayed 2 nights in Seoul and travel to Busan. Came back 3 days later and stayed another 6 nights. Got VIP upgrade for 2 nights. Slightly bigger room. When we came back and stayed 6 nights, we got the regular standard room. Its too damn small in layout for 2 people. We do not even have space to wear our shoes without taking turns. The cleaning service does not change your cups. The cups are made from eco friendly stuffs and always taste like soap when u drink water with it. Its good if u travel alone for short period. Not for more than 2 nights. Its too small to relax in the room. Not planning to come back.

Quite a small room with a huge bed. Barely space for luggage. But the location, cleanliness and price makes this a worthy place to stay if you are traveling either with family or friends as the bed extends from wall to wall so our kids don’t fall and I don’t have to build safety nets on the side of the bed like I normally do.

I wouldn’t come back. It was an ok place to recover from jet lag (aka sleep), but the room was dark and uninviting. It felt like a hostel. The gym was very minimally equipped, and the cafe was not appealing.

Overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The hotel's location is conveniently located in Gangnam near surgery clinics that I needed to visit. The room is very small, I wonder if this is what Koreans jokingly call "love motels" because it's pretty much a bed and a bathroom. However the furnishings were comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. In conclusion, Hotel Cappuccino provides a decent accommodation option for those looking for a well-located hotel with attentive staff and good amenities. While it may not be a luxurious experience, it offers reasonable comfort for a reasonable price.

Overall, is a good stay.
Overall, room was good. Beds were extremely firm/hard. Rooms seemed a bit rustic so don't expect a polished appearance. Nice rooftop bar with great view of city. Easy access to subway/busses. Parking available and reasonable cost. Worker in cafe on first floor could have a bit better/nicer demeanor, but is professional and proficient.

Overall a decent property, but the rooms are tiny, except for the big studio room. However, the bathtub of the shower room in the studio unit is strangely positioned and inconvenient, and the shower head is not stable, so you will have a hard time of taking a comfortable shower.

The location of the hotel was quite inconvenient and situated on a street with a massive sloping hill. Not a walkable area though it is close enough to a subway station. Food options were OK but you have to walk downhill/uphill for streets that had restaurants. The room was clean and had good amenities, although really small and not much space to place our luggages. The bathroom was basically a hallway. The staff and reception were accommodating and pleasant.

Terrible experience. The property’s room resembles a youth hostel and not a hotel ! It is extremely loud and dirty. The bed covers had 2 massive stains and the bed sheet had dark hairs. I highly doubt the sheets were changed. The hairs continued throughout the floor and into the bathroom. Most shocking were dried urine splatters all along the outside of the toilet. I have taken photos immediately and confronted the staff for a possible room change, which was not possible. I had also written a follow up email with no response from their management to date. I have decided to check out early on my own expense and find a new hotel for my remaining two nights. I’m upset on this experience and the fact I had to double pay for my stay in Seoul.

Room was extremely small n uncomfortable for couple. Also, we had 2 reservation for different nights, we had to pack our luggage and change to another room. Lots of inconvenience to us as we are on business trip followed by leisure and the reception staff is not aware of what is good customer services. The staff was very helpful and assisted in everything we needed. The area around the hotel is great for shopping, and is close by both bus and metro stops to easily get around Seoul. While a bit small, the rooms are cozy and I enjoy the design and aesthetic that is consistent through the hotel. Finally, I really enjoy the many socially conscious initiatives this hotel leads.

I liked the effort made for the environment, and both the interior of the lobby and the common area were unique. It was also nice to be able to use the hotel with a pet. The walls of the room looked a bit old.

Horrible experiene. The management tries to squeeze guests under the guise of being an " eco friendly hotel " so they try to make you pay for every little thing because they want to squeeze the guests for money. The bathroom floor was so slick I almost fell. My son did fall and almost seriously hurt himself. They could have included bathroom slippers but all that was there was paper slippers for the guests. I tried to put towels down but it was a nasty way of handling the wet bathroom. The room had paint chips on the wall and it looked like the construction of the rooms was done very unprofessionally. You can see very noticeable seems in the wall and stains of mold near the floors. I wanted a refund for the next night and we spent several hours arguing with the front desk. We had no coat hangers in the room but we were very busy dealing with the numerous problems of this hotel. The hotel messaged me after checkout wanting to charge for coat hangers that we never even saw! The man from the hotel tried to shift the blame because we didn't mention the coat hangers during our stay. His staff clearly didn't check the room properly. It's so strange that managment can blame guests for an improper room check. It's one of the most bizarre customer service experiences I've had. I have also been in Korea for nearly a decade. Usually Korean hotels offer amazing customer service. This one was clearly not that. Avoid.
