Property was awesome. Some issues in the room when arrived , blow dryer didn’t work, fire alarm beeping in room heater or furnace noisy the whole stay. But property was great.

This is my second time staying here and it did not disappoint! The grounds are beautiful, the food at the restaurant is awesome. The rooms are nice, not modern but not too dated. We had a wonderful view from our room and I requested a first floor room, which they were able to accommodate. Their lobby and dinning area is an updated southwest boho vibe and is super cute! They offer seating for guests around fire pits near the lobby that have umbrellas to shade the sun. They offer chairs on the deck of the lobby that were easily moveable so we could sit together. Everyone I spoke to on the staff was friendly, kind and helpful. It’s a dog friendly resort so it was nice seeing dogs on the property having fun and hanging out in the lobby. We will definitely be bring our dog for our next trip. They offer star gazing on Thursday nights from 8-10, radical experience. The guy that hosts is very well educated and shows you things you have never seen before. The resort is within a couple minutes of a lot of restaurants and just down the street from chapel of the Holy Cross. Great trip, highly recommend.

Not as expensive as other ‘resorts’ in the area, and it shows. The rooms are very outdated, felt like they were probably the same way for 20 years or so. Room was very dark with only one window, the lights in the room didn’t really do a lot. Bathroom was small, again dark inside. Separate sink/mirror was nice. Had a locked door leading to who knows what, that had light coming from the frame and noisy at night. A/C didn’t seem to want to turn on at night, so the room was like a sauna to sleep in. Dinner was expensive and ‘fine’ at best. If you’re going to be out a lot hiking and seeing the sights, then it’s not bad but don’t expect to be impressed.

Not a kid friendly resort - the restaurant is too fancy and unless you have sophisticated children that can eat lobster risotto its not for them! But I would recommend it for anyone traveling without kids! Beautiful Garden. The 'Red Rock View' rooms are not really worth the extra money as you have to leave your room and stand outside your door facing the car park to see the view. The are itself is lovely.

I usually never leave reviews but this time, I feel I should. On the last day before leaving we noticed there were bed bugs. We counted a total of 4 bugs 2 on the bed and another 2 in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to make them aware of problem and all they could do was apologize. I really don't think it's fair to pay almost $600 to sleep with bugs. No discount no nothing was offered. Other than that the place was good.

Rooms are a little dated. Room air didn’t work. The exterior of the clubhouse is due for a refresh. Rooms can be noisy. The bar and restaurant were excellent. Staff excellent!

Reserved a room which 2 queens but the beds were smaller than queen beds. Refrigerator was leaking on to the carpet. Tub would not drain. Front door would not lock unless we pushed it with all our weight. Restaurant shut down due to chef quitting. Really only the good thing was the drinks at the bar. Otherwise, resort was subpar with pretty views.

Excellent, except not walkable to anything. If you dont have a car there is only the restaurant onsite. I arrived late and hungry, the restaurant was closed. No snack machine. I had breakfast the next day burn't hash browns and very greasy bacon. They must have a different cook at night because dinner was outstanding. Recommend this hotel if you have a car and don't eat breakfast there.

As I do understand that there is no light pollution in Sedona, the property felt unsafe because the lights were not in functional order. On the parking lot one whole row did not work, and the light by the room was also not working. It did not feel safe walking from the parking lot to the room. Inside the room one of the overhead bed lights also did not work. The facility was clean, the front desk person polite enough although maybe stressed by the people in front of us not speaking the language sufficiently and having additional questions which he would not answer since there were other people (me) waiting. We got overprice and underwhelming, obviously old coffee in the morning which was served by an employee who obviously did not want to be there. I think for the price of the room I would have expected a bit more.

Quiet property outside of Uptown Sedona. Grounds are beautiful, nice staff, buildings old and dated. Alot of care goes into the lawn, pretty trees and waterfalls around the facility. So relaxing. Ice machine broken during our stay and nice large pet area!

The rooms were dark and had a musty smell, like a room not well ventilated, we were offered an upgrade for $10 extra but we didn’t feel like moving. Some people at the front desk were very nice others not so much. The overall property gardens were beautiful, the dining room is only opened till 8:30pm, when you are enjoying the sights you may want a late meal 😊

Staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is very beautiful and serene. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are in poor condition. Several things like the wallpaper, cracks in walls, light fixtures are being held together by packaging clear tape. Jaquzzi tub and shower were in poor condition. Mold everywhere, crappy patchwork on plumbing/drains. The bed was original and by that I mean old and broken. Springs are loose and bed was super uncomfortable. Sheets are very old as well as the towels. Overall the stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. This property is way overdue for proper repairs and updates. Would not stay here again!
