Magical Getaway
We had a lovely stay! The house had everything we needed, including a peaceful backyard that was the highlight of the home. The neighborhood was quiet and you have access to Oak Creek with just a short walk. Loved our time here!

Wonderful Spring Getaway in Sedona!
My family and I had a great few days in Sedona. Not only is Sedona one of the most beautiful places on earth, we really loved the accommodations. The property was just as described. We loved the location. The home was in a serene setting, near a creek and mountains. It was also a short drive to town and hiking trails. The backyard was great and we enjoyed spending time together taking in the views at the end of the day. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Beauty and tranquility in Sedona
We absolutely love the Orchard house! Perfect location in a quit area just outside of Uptown Sedona for shopping and dinning. Quiet, beautiful yard, mt and creek views, the house was so cozy and clean. We enjoyed the back yard fire pit and watching the birds on the feeders.We had a busy itinerary for our short 2 day stay, wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed just relaxing at this beautiful house. The outdoor areas were just as relaxing and comfortable as the indoor areas. Its a great family home. A place where we all could unwind and enjoy each other's company. Very comfortable beds and the owner was very attentive to all your needs.

Beyond Expectations
The breathtaking views and comfort of this property made this a memorable visit for all of us. The cleanliness and updated decor was immediately noticeable. Owners were welcoming and easy to communicate with. The location made us feel connected more to the natural surroundings vs. the busy and large crowds of downtown Sedona over a holiday weekend. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our smaller group of 4. The backyard was so beautifully designed but it was cold out so we stayed in. Can’t wait to come back to Sedona and stay here again!

Lovely home and the surroundings are beautiful. We were there over a long holiday weekend so would never do that again as the traffic is horrendous. Other than that this property was beautiful. We did not know that you could not get to the creek from the house which was a disappointment, but was a very short walk to get to the creek. Would Stay there again.

A really nice place
This is such a beautiful setting. This home is quiet in a removed little neighborhood nestled on a bluff above a stream valley (Oak Creek) just a few miles from Sedona. A nice backyard designed for outdoor enjoyment. Nature abounds with the birds and the birdfeeders. The bedrooms are more than adequate. There are 4 bedrooms in the primary living space with a 5th room with a bed above the garage, just no convenient access to the bathroom downstairs in the main house. Comfortable. Accommodating. I would gladly stay here again.

The property was amazing so cozy inside with an amazing space outside. Although there real gem here is Tia the property manager. While we were staying the weather got abnormally crazy and the river spilled over the road. She kept us informed of the situation and our options. She even went as far as to share her own food with us when it wasn’t safe to cross. I would definitely stay here again

The home was absolutely lovely. The scenery in the neighborhood was gorgeous, and the location was perfect for exploring Sedona and driving up the to Grand Canyon for the day. We had plenty of room and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The communication was great. Responses were almost instant. The house was clean and well stocked. I was surprised at how much enjoyment we got from the bird feeders. You can see them from the living room and were a relaxing watch during down time. The entry to the neighborhood is up a steep incline. Be careful of this if there is snow or ice. You will need good tires. No issue at all when clear. Highly recommend the place. Can't wait to come back and hike along the creek path again.

Outstanding property throughout - clean and comfortable with many nice additional touches. Beautiful location, surrounded by spectacular scenery and the sound of Oak Creek from below. The snowfall just before we arrived did not prevent us from accessing the house and was a delightful bonus for the stay. We would all definitely return.

Lovely comfortable house for a family getaway. The kids (4 and 7) loved the backyard and even though this house doesn’t have direct creek access, they liked the walk down to the bridge to play and the 5th room above the garage. Well-stocked kitchen and easy access to Sedona.

Wonderful house in great location
This was one of the nicest properties we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. House was clean, beds were comfy and linens were in great condition. There’s plenty of kitchen utensils and the option of Keurig or ground coffee was a nice touch. We especially loved the candles and the amazing yard. The hosts were very responsive and wonderful to communicate with. This is an excellent property, don’t hesitate to book!

Great House for a Group!
The house was great for my family! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful with a great backyard with several seating areas, including one overlooking the creek and another around a fire pit. The location was great, in a nice quiet neighborhood that made you free like you were far away from civilization even though it’s only a few minutes out of town. Tia is a great hostess, she has made the house feel like home by adding the extra touches that make it feel inviting. I would absolutely stay there again.

We loved our time at the Orchard House in Sedona. Our children loved the backyard, and we loved swinging in the hammock and relaxing on the porch swing. The home had so much charm and so many thoughtful details. It was a perfect sanctuary for our family. Our host was so kind and quick to communicate. Highly recommend!

Cozy Home in Sedona
We had a great experience in Sedona! This home was warm and cozy, after busy days, we especially appreciated the evenings hanging out in the beautiful living room. The house is a bit out of town, but it was not too difficult to get into town. The only negative would be the one bedroom where the heater is located, unless the occupant is an extremely sound sleeper, it is nearly impossible to sleep in that room. Overall experience was great!

Beautiful home with Gorgeous Views, Quiet Neighborhood
Our family of 7 loved our stay at Tia and Grant's home. The master bedroom is wonderful. There are 3 other bedrooms in the main home that are small but very comfortable. We appreciated the extra blankets, pillows and fans in each room. There is also a large room over the garage with a double bed and a futon, along with a tv and a wii console. The extra room worked well for our 19 year old, but note that you have go outside and down the stairs to enter the house and access the bathroom. The backyard is an oasis, and the living room was big enough for us all to sit and enjoy movie night on the large TV. Tia was fantastic about responding quickly to all my questions and giving wonderful recommendations for the area. We would love to come back and stay here again, and we highly recommend this property.

Perfect location for a getaway in Sedona. We stayed with another couple and were all extremely comfortable. The house is close to all the shops and hiking. We had the unique experience of being there in the snow and absolutely loved having a fire and listening to music in the comfy living room. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, amazing and serene.
This house was better than described. It was absolutely stunning. It was super cozy. We loved coming home after a long day to just relax by the fire while watching tv. We Enjoyed sitting out back and listening to the creek. Honestly there is nothing bad to say about this house. Tia was so easy to communicate. There is no service to receive phone calls but that honestly wasn’t an issue as we were able to connect to wifi and text and what not. I can’t wait to go back! I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property, house is great and backyard is beautiful.
Process was easy, communication was great. Normally these VRBO's have tv's from the 90's... not here - they had nice equipment with SAT tv signal, good wif-fi, etc. (no blu-ray however - just std DVD). The property was beautiful and just what we hoped. There is a small country "store" just down the road that sells mostly drinks, beer and wine but has treats and sandwiches as well as beer on tap, bottled wine, and cans of beer. There is also a Dairy Queen in the canyon., We will be back!

Orchard House…..Loved it!
We loved the Orchard House! This was the perfect place to stay for my wife and I on a anniversary get away! We both enjoyed the cozy home filled with everything we needed. (or forgot to bring). Thoughtfully stocked! We enjoyed this outdoor space almost as much as the inside. The backyard is a beautiful oasis and the bird feeders provide hours of entertainment! (The woodpeckers were our favorite.) The patio area was my wife’s favorite part and I really enjoyed walking down the to the creek to catch some rainbow trout! This homes location is in a quite neighborhood and is just a short drive into Sedona or nearby parks! We would recommend and or return ourselves!

My family of five rented this beautiful property in early April. The property was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. It is just as described in the listing. The setting is just gorgeous. We had no issues arise, but when we had a question for the owners, they were quick to respond. We certainly hope to stay here again when we return to Sedona. It was such a great stay!

Creek side getaway
Our family of 6 stayed at Sedona Shadows for a week and could not have been happier. Situated in a quiet little community the house is everything we needed for the week. After long days of traveling to the Grand Canyon, Winslow, Painted Desert, and anywhere else you can imagine the house always welcomed us back with comfy beds and hot showers. All 6 of us slept amazing, there was plenty of hot water for 3 teens, plenty of kitchen ware to cook. The back yard was a small oasis. The kids loved the hammock. An easy drive into Sedona. Awesome tv to watch after a long day. The wi-fi can be a bit spotty but that's ok. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place to anyone. If we ever make it back to Sedona, Sedona Shadows will definitely be where we make our base.
