I'm sorry, we do not keep shampoo in the rooms. It was available at the front office.

i am terribly sorry we did not your expectations. your reservation was for our single bed economy room and unfortunately there is not room for a night stand.

I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Most budget properties do not have security. We do have video cameras and the property is well lit. We have no control over the abandoned building next to us. The toilet was clogged by a huge wad of toilet paper.Finally, I most certainly did NOT charge your credit card 39.99 once, let alone twice.I am sorry your car broke down and Ford could not fix it in a timely manner. Again, I am sorry we did not meet your expectations for a budget property.

Weird... when I ask how your stay was this morning, you stay it was fine. If you had had an issue, I would think you would have mentioned it when I ask. Hope your next visit is better.
