Liked: The hotel itself. Very clean, cute, charming. All of the staff (except one man - we'll get to that in the "Didn't Like" section) were very nice. There's a little coffee shop next door, very convenient. You had to be buzzed into the hotel because the area is a little sketchy and there seemed to be a lot of homeless individuals. But we still felt safe and that you had to be a hotel guest to get in. No visitors allowed.
Didn't Like: The guy who works there named Dom. A completely condescending man who should never, in a million years, work in the hospitality industry. We had an issue with the radiator being stuck on when it was already a 70-degree day and he insisted it was not, in fact, on and we should just prop open our hotel room door and keep the windows open to create a draft. Who keeps their hotel room doors propped open??
Sadly, will never stay here again because of him. But the hotel was fantastic other than him. As long as you're ok with windows and a fan to keep you cool.
