“Great experience at the Crowne Plaza”

Everything was great during our stay. Dylan at the front desk, in particular, was extremely friendly and helpful - probably the best check-in experience I've had in a long time!

“Love Seattle!”

I was a bit reluctant to stay at the Crowne Plaza when I read it's initial reviews, but I definitely do not regret staying there. Everything went great at check-in, the staff was very friendly... had a comfortable room with a great view of the city. Actually at check-in, they gave me free access to the lounge on the 32nd floor, which gives access to free continental breakfast and happy hour in the evening. Would feinitely stay there again!

“Awesome Hotel in Downtown Seattle”

I really loved the Crowne Plaza Downtown Seattle. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was great and the hotel was in great condition and very clean. The decor was very nice. I felt quite comfortable in the Crowne Plaza.

We had great service, valet parking was so convenient even for the price. Our room was turned down in the evening and they even put ice in our bucket. We had such an enjoyable stay. Lots of great restaurants in the area too.

Our stay at the hotel was great :) The front desk staff were very friendly and provided great suggestions regarding places to eat and visit and the concierge was very helpful. Our room was clean and quite lovely.

We stayed on the executive level and were able to have complimentary continental breakfast as well as appies in the evening and drinks. THe staff were all very friends and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

“Parking Outrageous!”

Everyone was friendly and professional. Great location. Parking was $34 per day and you have to use the Valet service, so didn't feel like tipping everytime we wanted our car. Soap holders in the bathroom were missing so there was just a hole, so soap, shaver and shampoo kept falling into the tub. Asked them for something to remedy this. They did nothing. We were there for two nights, so expected something. I'm sure others had problems with this, so don't know what they expect people to do. The rooms were big with comfy beds and were walking distance to Pike Place Market.
