I liked staying here because of the room options they had! Its was a big room for mh family we loved it! Beds were so comfy. The location was perfect for all that we did and why we went! Would definitely go back again!

Everything about our stay met my expectations....except... "free wifi" was unattainable. A login splash page informed me that wifi was free for rewards members. But, it was already supposed to be free, but multiple and varied attempts to use this advertised amenity failed. I have nothing against reward programs, per se, but I do not want all of all the unsolicited emails that result. To reiterate, this was the one and only area of our stay that disappointed. Everything else was tremendous.

Everything great. Sink in bathroom would not drain, and elevator stops on every floor even if buttons not pushed so it required a lot of extra waiting (neither huge deals, just minor observances).

We were told there was to be a daily tidy up of the room, although we did not have anyone do that until we went down to the office the next day and complained. This had to happen twice during our six night stay. The restaurant was very understaffed for breakfast, so it was impossible to get food there the morning we tried to.

This hotel is quite new. The rooms are really nice and modern. The only drawback is food availability. Only one person was available to order and prepare breakfast and coffee orders. They shouldn’t offer the service if they can’t provide it in a timely manner.

I had booked the room on the Expedia web site. Upon arrival the Hotel Manager told me that she had not been paid by Expedia and that she needed to charge my card for the cost. I agreed somewhat confused. I later checked my bank account and saw that I had been charged by Expedia and also by Marriot? I spoke to the manager this am at check out and she told me that Expedia had not paid them, now they have, and that the charge should drop out of my account within a few days!??? Why should they double charge me and keep my money for four days? Such BS!

Hello Kevin,On the night that you arrived the front desk agent explained to you that the credit card that Expedia provided was declining. The agent contacted the manager and they called Expedia trying and fix the credit card issue. While being on the phone for over 45 minutes, the agent asked for permission to put your personal credit card on for the room at your request. Even though this is against hotel policy we did allow this to happen. In the morning Expedia provided us with a valid card and the charges were reversed on your personal card. I apologize that you had issues.

It was terrible. My girlfriend and I did not stay. The purpose of our visit was to visit with my daughter, her husband and their two small children for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Two days before we were to arrive, my daughter called and explained that my grandson had developed a terrible cough from his day care center and had given the sickness to his father. She warned us to stay away. I had booked the room through Expedia. I had not purchased insurance when I booked the room. Expedia policy indicates the cost of lodging will not be reimbursed without insurance. If my girlfriend and I came to visit anyway, we would likely have contracted the disease and, in turn, given it to our friends where we live. I also have a surgery coming up in a few days and getting the disease would likely have caused the surgery to be postponed.
