"I have been coming to Seaside since 1985. I LOT has changed but it is still a great place to visit. This condo is centrally located to everything and literally steps to all the restaurants. You will not need your car until you leave. Definitely bring or rent bikes. And make sure to get out and hike in the national forrest that surrounds seaside. "We really enjoyed our stay. The property mgr, Alicia, was excellent! Great communicator and took care of everything we needed. My only issue is that the house is too expensive for the quality of the furnishings, closets, etc. Suggest buying lots of glassware. Overall, thank you for a wonderful trip."

"This property is located in the heart of Seaside right on 30A , close to all that Seaside has to offer. The property is very well appointed with top of the line appliances and very comfortable bedding. Our only complaint was the quality of the televisions. They did not offer HD tv or streaming capability. I would think that a property as nice as this one would update the tv viewing soon. The main living space is up a fairly steep set of stairs. "This property is a small comfortable cottage with room two to for adults. Easy access and amenities. My only complaint is the wifi was atrocious. It was spring break but we could not even pull up the weather. I was unable to run Youtube tv on the upstairs TV. I imagine that it is better with fewer kids around but it was a major frustration. We won’t book during spring break again. "

"Enjoyed the small house. Had everything we needed. But upstairs was rather warm due to the engineering of A/C system. The listing on VRBO showed a large porch but this unit did not have it, it belonged to the large house on the property. Disappointed, was looking forward to sitting out on it. The shower/foot wash outside did not work. Unable to clean off shoes of sand before entering house. We also believe that the $400 resort fee is steep for our very short stay. We only used the pool once....
