I liked that it was quiet with a ocean view. I could walk to town for shopping and lunch or dinner. Staff friendly and helpful. Also great breakfast included. Wonderful breakfast host. Friendly, funny, and kept everything clean.

Room was large with dual sinks, a fireplace, a couch, a table, microwave, and a mini-fridge. The breakfast was good but more tables ate needed. We liked the location on the beach and enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

Great place and the staff were of some of the best weve ever had they were nice, generous and accommodating. The only negative was there was no A/C in the unit but there was a fan and it does cool off at night so you can leave a window open to cool the room so you can sleep. We would definitely stay again but might think twice in the middle of the summer

We loved everything about our stay. We got a double queen partial ocean view. We loved the fireplace in the room and we swam in the pool/used the hot tub every day. The staff were so friendly and our rooms were always clean when we got back. We loved the continental breakfast too, it was so nice starting the day with a hot meal. I also really appreciated the separate room in our hotel room for privacy. That was an unexpected surprise. It was literally right next door to the aquarium and walking distance to the mall and the shops. Our whole family had such a great time! We'll definitely stay here again!

Outdated and falling apart furniture, unclean room and no air conditioner option. The breakfast was nasty and the same every day. I will absolutely NEVER stay here again. Disgusting.

Honestly, we came here from 2 1/2 hours away which isn't a bad drive at all but we have a 5 and 3 year old and it can be a bit much for them to drive that far. I was worried about how it would be when we got there, checking in and having to drag our bags super far from the parking lot but they checked us in earlier than expected so we could get our girls situated. They had parking right in front of our room and our room was perfect! It was better than we expected! The beds were very comfy, the little kitchen was absolutely perfect for what we needed that weekend, the bathroom was clean and nice, and the view was beautiful! We really couldn't have asked for a better room. If that wasn't enough, we had a great little breakfast each morning, cookies in the evening in the lobby, and the coffee for me was amazing! We were so happy with our stay and we will def be booking here again! I will also be recommending this place to anyone that I can! The staff were so sweet, the pool was also a great perk and when we checked out the front desk staff gave us a free voucher for food to feed the otters at the aquarium next door! They went above and beyond and were so sweet! Seriously, such a perfect weekend for the family! :)

The room was a completely different room than what was shown on the website. Very deceiving! It was old, musty and dark. I didn’t even end up staying there. Even though I had already paid $591 for the Ebb Tide, which was non-refundable, I ended up paying for a different hotel down the beach that was much nicer and $250 cheaper. Very spendy hotel weekend for me 😕

We were there off season, but the room was clean and comfortable. A little dated but otherwise it was good. Right off the promenade and beach, so easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go.

Excellent location--right on the beach. Great breakfast; great staff. Kids enjoyed the pool. Older facility but comfortable. Everything was overcrowded. No parking at all. No room to actually sit and eat breakfast in the breakfast room, pool and hot tub were completey overloaded every time we visited. Still my kids favorite place we stayed on this trip. We'd stay again for sure.

Convenient, walking distance to main town woth shops, games, restaurants, convention center. Clean, love the fireplace. Some pet friendly units but we didnt have our doggo this trip and i appreciate they also have no pets allowed rooms. A little noisy, but it was the wind, its a motel, and we had a partial ocean view so to be expected. We didnt have the breakfast, but they have a free continental, with waffles. Cookies in the lobby at 6 and salt water taffy. Be sure to go get gelatto at Sea Star!!

Right next to the beach with a great view and walkable to everything! Older building but well cleaned. Dog friendly too! Pool and hot tub were a nice amenity especially with kids!
