The hotel was clean and staff was friend ly. Easy check-in. The hotel was off a back road - but it looked safe. The breakfast buffet was was good - eggs, cereal, waffles, etc. The hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. No problems - tv worked,no thermostat issues. Everything was great!! I would stay here again!!

They charged me an additional charge for each room (there were two rooms) of $21.62. Which I thought was odd, but she said it was on a "hold" in case we had any "charges" on the room. The charges were put through and now it has been four days and only $1.62 credit was put back on my card. the rooms were nice but was not expecting the additional charges.

Judy, thank you for your feedback, our incidental hold is standard with every reservation and typically drops off with us as soon as your room is checked out. The time it takes to drop off of your individual credit card will depend on your bank however, we noticed within one week everything is typically sorted out. We stayed here for one night but it was absolutely great. The bed was so comfortable. The refrigerator kept the water cold. Breakfast was amazing and the employees are so on top of everything its really is great. The hotel was so clean too. I definitely recommend this hotel!

There is a great group of warm, welcoming people that work there. Really made my time my mother more special. When I’d leave her at night I knew she was in good hands.

My problem is not with the property, but with Expedia. Expedia claimed they were able to merge two consecutive reservations (I wanted to add a day to a one-night stay on a reservation that couldn't be altered) but did not, and the virtual card payments from Expedia to the property did not go through, causing more problems with the check-in process. Fortunately, the staff understood that is was Expedia's problem and not mine and moved forward with checking me in and dealing with Expedia afterwards.

Amazing! And in a unique and convenient location
The staff at the counter greeted me by first name, and was very helpful in describing local places to eat. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. We were in and out for 2 days and the staff at the counter and in the halls always smiled and was friendly. Continental Breakfast was good, hot. Location of the hotel is off-the-main-highway, but next to drug store and other businesses. Convenient to walk to for that item you forgot to pack.

So I was there for 2 nights , no cleaning was done on day one even though I left the slip for bed change , replacing used towels outside at the door as told at check in . Came back to the place and no one even bothered to clean at all . Other than that , it was easy check out .

Gorgeous, clean, so many perfect amenities. The woman host at the desk who checked me in was absolutely amazing!! I wish I could remember her name to give her the recognition she so so deserves. She checked us in on Sat Jan 13, 2024 around 3pm. She was so happy, professional, helpful, cheerful, ray of sunshine, knowledgeable. So wonderful with me and a elderly woman in front of me who was having issues finding her card. Perfect place to stay, we will certainly be going back to stay

The rooms were very clean and updated. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Plus the beds were very comfortable. We traveled with small children, and they loved it.
