All I heard was that car break ins are regular. Not happy. We drove 12 hours from VA USA. Not happy to have to take all contents into our room including 2 bikes. Major inconvenience

The keurig machine doesn’t work very well. Coffee taste super light. And shower curtain is too short. As when you take shower the water comes out from corner.

It is a very nice place. Too bad you have to pay for breakfast on weekends discount on that? And if there would be a microwave in the VIP Suite, that would be great. As of holidays all was closed and we had no way to warm our food. Which was a bit disappointing. Overall it’s a great place to stay and I / we would love to return.

The queen bed was not a queen, double bed only. The noise of the heater so loud all night, difficult to get any sleep. The room clean.

This property had been super updated and renovated. Am very restful to had stayed at this property. Very blessed. Well maintained and well kept clean. Only one thing I would recommend, service is wearing one time gloves. Which is excellent but they should also change it frequently, especially if they are serving more then one guest at the time. Thank you. Other then that I be returning here frequently.

Room was lacking microwave. TV didn’t work. We had a small dog for which we were charged $10 extra each night. When I checked out a day early due to illness, lady at desk said Maintenance staff found pee on the rug in front of TV and I needed to pay another $10 for cleaning. My dog does NOT pee on rugs. We were out of room from 10-11:00 pm daily with my dog. She was let out immediately in the morning and again when we came back. The room being small and TV in middle, I never stepped in any wet spots there. I was humiliated to think I would let my dog pee and leave a puddle in the room. I will not return to this hotel for that reason.

Thank you for your input. Our maintenance kneeled in urine when he knelt to fix the television. There is a cost to clean the carpets when this happens. That is why pet waivers are signed at check in you are responsible for what the pet does in the room.

This hotel advertises as free breakfast. Then you get to the front desk and are told "not weekends". Im sorry thats the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Same price, maybe even more - and all of a sudden no breakfast included? Should get breakfast or the cost equivalent in refund.

The air conditioner in the bedroom was unbearably noisey turning on off during the night. It was either try to sleep through the noise, which I couldn't, or turn it off completely and not sleep because it was so hot. Not good.

The hotel was clean. There was a spill and staff was there almost instantly to clean it up. The parking lot is shared with another hotel which makes it tricky. There's no breakfast at this hotel, so just be aware when you book.

You can tell the place was somewhat renovated to cover up the old building. Overall it was fine as we needed a place to sleep for one night but if your expecting something high end or longer term, look elsewhere. The room had an odd odour. The free breakfast was good. The gym isn’t much of a gym…3 cardio machines and one limited weight machine. 3 Star at best.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Outdoor pool and outdoor space was great. Restaurant inside was a good bonus and great food.
