The above accusations are all false. Upon checking-in, they keep saying that they had already paid in an advance. After 15 mins of argueing, we showed them on their confirmation letter that hotel collects payment at the time of check-in. They asked us to show them the room and they were okay with the room and said it is nice and clean. Next morning, at check-out time 11:00 a.m., they came in the office and complained about bugs in the room. If they had seen any bugs or had any other problem with the room at night, they should have come in the office and notify us. We would have resolved the situation or could have changed the room or refunded. But they stayed the whole night because they knew in Saratoga Springs, most of the hotels-motels were either sold-out or they were charging over 300.00 a night due to the concert at the SPAC. We have one of the best prices in town with nice and clean rooms. We were told by them that if we do not refund their money back, they will write a really bad review and that we will end up losing lots of customers. We can conclude that some customers do this kind of scams every where they go.

Spectrum is working outside every night to change all the wirings and that is why sometimes at night TV has an error code. Thank you for your response. We see that your stay with us was not that pleasant. We are a basic motel with no frills. We have nice clean rooms with affordable price. During thoroughbred racing season, all hotel-motels in Saratoga have high rates. All our rooms are newly renovated but if you are looking for a Taj Mahal this is not it.

Thanks Jim for staying with us. We will check out the toilet function you mentioned. We normally keep the refrigerator on a number 1 but it can go up to a number 7. you might have missed the controller but we will check it out.

Thank you for your response. We see that your stay with us was not that pleasant. We have security cameras on our premises and we checked the recording and found no people hanging out in the parking lot. Due to Skidmore College parents weekend, mostly parents were staying here. Regarding cancelling for the second night, our cancellation policy is 72 hrs and we were not given enough notice. Controller for A/C and heating are separate and probably was confused which one to turn on. All our rooms have working heat.
