The location is good. But the area is dirty. The hotel should arrange at least one staff understand English when has 2 people on the duty.

Amazing location with a delicious breakfast and very spacious rooms. Water pressure in the shower is the best! The key for the elevator was problematic -- they need to fix that. Other than the elevator key, this place is wonderful.

Great location
Great rooms in size with kitchenette. The housekeeping is a litlle bit on the down size with no attention to deep cleaning and breakfast is quite desappointing after COVID Pandemic. Great location and Nice staff

The highlights included: excellent breakfast with delicious fruit, a very responsive front desk staff, and location (right in between Ipanema and Cococabana). Areas for improvement: the bed was very worn out and clearly ready for replacement (there were clear indents from years of people sleeping in it), the pool was tiny and not inviting, and the sheets were extremely old and warm down. I recommend that they update beds and sheets.

its a clean executive type of hotel. with nice big rooms, in a great area. A lot of dinning options around. Also very close to shopping mall and grocery store. Decent breakfast and bar. Gym and pool area can be renovated but are ok.

I liked my room and staff was very friendly. The location was great. I was only disappointed with breakfast options, it could be more diversified.

Very comfortable and clean
The stay was solid and comfortable. It was just what I was looking for. I had been to Sao Luis previously and not found such a comfortable and central place. View is nice but beach is improper for bathing as is the coast within the city limits.

Clean, fairly luxurious with lots of amenities in the room, friendly staff. The fitness room is alright, but the pool is small. The restroom sink was draining very slowly and it was annoying. Overall a pleasant stay.
