Seeing the hotel property was good enough. Checking in was even better. Igor was friendly and attentive. I wish I could personally thank him for an incredibly helpful receptionist and easing so much of stress coming into 13-hour layover. He added to the positive first impression I had of the São Paulo Tatuapé. Being in this hotel, overall, made my day, if not my whole trip. I was head-over-heels in love with my room. It was big and spaceous. I loved that the fridge was stocked with Brazilian beverages, too, and there were treats available. It's incredibly sad that I stayed there on a layover. I wish I had more time in this amazing property.

It was perfect except the 7:30am call we got asking if anything was going on in the room. Apparently an alarm went off, though we have no idea what it was, we were alseep when the call came in.

Good stay (based on premium superior room)
I booked this room for my parents, the premium triple room was big enough for three people to stay, spacious and comfortable. The only com they made was, the curtain should be darker, like a black out curtain. Breakfast was good and service good too.

Good hotel, easy enough
This is based in my room only: I travel a lot and stay in many range of rooms around the world, I stayed on standard room because I got a deal from hotels.com and I must say, it was standard of standard room. Bed linen not fitting in the bed properly, no duvet cover or blanked covering the bed (I never saw a bed in standard room not be covered with a blanket or duvet) it had only had a bedsheet. No black out curtain. I prefer a very dark room as I like to sleep late. Room very spacious. Breakfast was good enough for a continental. Staff was very good. Would I go back to this hotel? On a standard room, no. My parents stay on superior room which was good.

I absolutely love this property and the staff. I checked out of another hotel early to come stay at this property for the remainder of my stay. Every single person that works reception is amazing and so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and bar staff members are also very welcoming and accommodating. This is where I will stay all future visits. I would like to thank everyone at this property for treating me like family.

This hotel is very basic. The pictures make it look much better than it really is. I understand it is cheap, however I saw many other hotels nearby that were much more clean and better standards. There is not much to do around this hotel either. I don't recommend if you are on a vacation, but a quick business trip would be perfect.

Não recomendo. Hotel pão duro
Recomendo o hotel somente pela localização, demais opções não recomendo o hotel. A começar pelo check-in: hotel não possui funcionários para ajudar nas malas, na recepção a funcionária Jessica foi muito educada. O hotel te oferece apenas 1 toalha para banho, 1 coberta fininha que se encontra dentro do armário no quarto, ar condicionado não funciona, mandaram um funcionário verificar o ar condicionado mas continuou não funcionando (o quarto estava muito quente eu não consegui dormir a noite por causa do calor), colchão desconfortável (colchão barato e de baixa qualidade), pouca opção de canais na TV, frigobar vazio (se vc quiser consumir algo tem que pedir na recepção) Café da manhã: os pães e bolos estavam secos e duros (não eram frescos), suco de laranja aguado e sem gosto de natural, comidas estavam frias, hóspede não pode comer a vontade pq colocam 2 funcionários para servir o café da manhã e eles ficam controlando a quantidade de comida.

The hotel was good, the bed was comfortable but the bathroom had mold. The receptionist Luisa was rude and very unprofessional all the time. We were at the hotel for almost two weeks and she mistreated us all the time. They should give better training to the employees.

Everything was amazing! The front desk staff all spoke English, I had a great view, my room was big, beds were comfy, and breakfast was pretty good. I loved talking to the staff and was well informed. I will definitely be staying here again!! Luiza is the best!

Good value hotel for business
Good functional hotel especially if need to be in the area. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, didn’t try their evening menu or room service. No tea/coffee in room but ok stocked mini bar. Check in and out was quite slow.

Nice place, but not well maintained
No A/C um the room, it was over 90 degrees f. We asked for a fan and it came one already broken. The breakfast was less than okay. Their sheets wasn't clean and pretty worn out. Every staff member was nice and polite, tried to help fixed, but all problems were beyond their possibilities.

We used the hotel as home base as we spent time visiting family. We found the hotel and services very accommodating and very comfortable. I liked the design of the openness of the hotel, outdoor light in the hallways and in the rooms.

Comfortable Hotel in Interesting Neigborhood
I've stayed there 3 times and explored & enjoyed the neighborhood each time. Lots of interesting shops and very tasty restaurants fill the area. Two different & interesting malls are close by, one well within walking distance. The staff is very polite and helpful with all your needs. The rooms a very comfortable and roomy, and the maid service is excellent.
