The stay was great. There was a woman named Sweeney that helped me find the laundry room, and made sure that I had everything I needed. Everything was very clean and worked ; and the staff was very attentive and professional. The neighborhood was great. It had a lot of food options and coffee houses. I am definitely going to stay here again.

Great location, large rooms. Unfortunately it’s poorly kept with low quality bedding and towels. Cleaning seems to be minimum. Pool area and gym are a waste os space. This is a nice place in a great location. It has a lot of potential but it needs a serious upgrade

This hotel is very convenient if you want to stay at Jardins. It is located in the heart of the neighborhood where you can enjoy all the best it has to offer. I would stay there again

Great location....no Internet
Stayed here 4 or 5 times. Nice staff, confortable rooms, good breakfast. Only complaint: WIFI did not work, complained several times, no response. Unacceptable!

I have stay at the hotel before and quite like it but I found this time the rooms a bit tired - white towels not so white, a lamp broken in my bedroom, just one kind of pillow (super high) and breakfast could have some improvement... but the location is the best.

OK - but is there a better Hotel out there?
The toilet kept blocking the whole time I was there - a sign indicated I should not put toilet paper in the toilet - WHAT!!!!! The fluctuating internet had to be renewed everyday with a code on a paper strip - WHAT!! I arrived 3 hours earlier than the 11AM check in time and was charged a 1/2 day accommodation for that - the place was half empty but they insisted on it - WHAT!!! I needed to iron my shirts but no iron in the room. No business area so I met customers next to the pool on the top floor. Good location though - lots of classy shops and restaurants all around there. Breakfast OK with great views of Sao Paulo No kitchenette - only a sink and fridge - no kettle for a coffee or tea

Old rooms, good location
Rooms are as spacious as advertised. Breakfast is very basic for Sao Paulo standards. Location is good if you prefer taxi/car transport throught the city. 15+ min walk to nearest metro station. I usually avoid buses as wait times are too long and if you don't speak Portuguese you must know exactly which bus to take and where to go. Taxi stand right outside. Taxis that accept credit cards usually need to be called in advance (and you are not guaranteed that their card readers will work): reception staff will call them for you.

Hotel muito bom!
Ótima localização, funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, roupa de cama e banho razoável (algumas necessitando troca) lençóis pequenos p cama. Falta ar condicionado na saleta e o aparelho do qto não refrigerava direito. O café da manhã servido numa cafeteria ao lado, NICA, sábado e domingo muito fraco na parte superior, na semana servido ao publico em geral, um pouco melhor, porém no primeiro dia funcionários discutindo entre si, aos palavrões, grosseiros com hóspedes, não fazendo a menor questão de atender. Diante da reclamação, no dia seguinte foram mais atenciosos. O qto é bem espaçoso e mesmo no primeiro andar de frente, não havia barulho. Existem duas construções de prédios do lado esquerdo q ainda vão demorar bastante. O barulho dos caminhões betoneira das 7h da manhã às 19h no sábado incomodou bastante.
