The hotel is centrally located in downtown Sao Paulo. There are many dining options. Rooms need to be updated. During our stay we had to go down to the reception to have the electronic key reprogrammed as they constantly stopped working which was an inconvenient. AC in the room was great. They offer breakfast buffet and restaurant is open for lunch and dinner as well. I suggest placing cards on the dishes to know what you are selecting from the buffet.

The hotel is centrally located in the Sao Paulo historic area. Several restaurants close by. I noticed water leaks in some areas. The faucets are hard to close completely. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had good options.

Great stay!! Coming from United States, I thought this hotel offered a great deal. Room was clean, hotel was quiet and complimentary breakfast was amazing!! Definitely highly recommended!!! You can actually walk to anywhere from here but Uber was very cheap too.

Breakfast is good but almost every room in the hotel is under construction. Had to change room but that did not change my experience still. I think expedia should not advertise hotels until they verify that certain standards are met. Otherwise, it may be false advertisement that is deceptive.

I have stayed in this property several times. Unfortunately this time I had several issues. When checking in we had an issue with people who skipped the line and were helped before us. After check in, I had to return back to the lobby at least six times as the door lock was defective. The manager had to replace the batteries on the lock two times during my 4 day stay. The hallway flooring seems to have been flooded. There was mold on the hallway ceiling. There were no hangers on the closet. The on duty manager offered to change the room to a different floor. Unfortunately I had already unpacked my suitcase. The TV remote control worked half of the times. The breakfast buffet is great. Hotel staff was very helpful when I brought up the issues we were having to their attention.

The Hotel recently changed its name from Braston to Villagio. The room was spacious and has a mini bar as well as other items for purchase. Unfortunately,the room was a little aged. The AC did not cool well, opening the window was not an option as the building across the street is under construction and they started working early and was noisy. The Wi-Fi was really bad or non existent in the room. I had to get near the door to try to get a weak signal or go to the hallway or down to the lobby in order to get good wi-fi. Breakfast buffet was great. Room was clean and the maid was very nice and helpful. I had to have the key card reprogrammed three times as it would not open the door. Over all the hotel is nice but needs to be upgraded.

The most terrible outdated hotel ever, unfriendly front desk staff, I stayed 3 days the air conditioner system was broke they couldn’t fix it, found a palmetto bug (hudge coocaracha) in the bedroom, discussing pillows, dangerous area to stay if you not familiar with town.

Quarto não condizia com o que foi reservado e pago. Ar-condicionado do Hotel simplesmente não funcionou nenhum dia. Eles simplesmente "lamentam" e dizem qur não podem fazer nada. Café da manhã sofrível, usam apresuntado como sr fosse presunto. Após reclamação quanto à cama da primeira noite, me deram um quarto adaptado para PNE, onde desde o balcão da pia aos móveis, tudo era numa altura incompatível com a minha. Resumindo, um desastre. O Hotel está em péssimas condições. Não recomendo.

I would stay here again.
The hotel is good, the room I stayed needs some small fixing, but nothing that affected my stay, the neighborhood isn't the best but isn't the worst, at night just use common sense and it is fine.

The block is sketchy but the hotel is safe. The rooms are dated. There is no carpet in the hallways or the rooms. As a frequent traveler I like this. It's a basic business hotel. I thought the price was very fair. I would stay again

The double bed had 2 single mattresses so we couldn't lay on the middle of the bed otherwise the 2 mattresses would start moving out of the bed. Also, the air conditioner didn't seem to cool off the room, even though it was set to the minimum temperature.

Peoblems to reach the hotel.
Too difficult to reach the hotel for changes in our staying. They say they had a problem with the phone and weren’t able to receive calls, but they were using it while we’re there. Not nice bathrooms.

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar A maioria dos quartos tinha muita sujeira embaixo das camas até uma coisa suspeita eu achei embaixo da cama E no café da manhã havia gelatina com bactérias já em estado de crescimento e que era visível aos olhos

Pior hotel que estive em São paulo
O hotel esta em pessimas condicoes. Me surpreende ser da mesma linha do Castelo Itaipava que preza pela insfraestrutura. No estacionamento voce fica esperando o manobrista chegar, tem que dar umas buzinadas, senao fica aguardando. Os corredores com piso laminado todos saindo e tortos. Sujos e quebrados. Os banheiros dos quartos tinham lavatorios arrancados com os rebocos de cimento a mostra. Banheira amarelada e velha com uma ducha ainda em piores condicoes. Uma lona na banheira com mofo e suja. As camasa sao bem velhas, contei apenas uma unica tomada no quarto, que tinha vista para o teto do restaurante do hotel, velho sujo e enferrujado. Lamentavel. Fujam deste hotel.

Hotel defasado, cama péssima funda no meio já, banheiro ruim, chuveiro ruim, somente café da manhã foi satisfatório, mas muito desconfortável a acomodação. Não voltaria, não vale a pena, não recomendo.

O custo é bom mas o benefício nem tanto.
Já me hospedei algumas vezes. As condições do hotel são razoáveis, precisa de uma boa reforma. As reformas feitas foram paliativas. Nesta ocasião me incomodou a TV que é só a cabo, canais abertos e com má sintonia e a internet de baixa velocidade. Que aliás me fez lembrar que na hospedagem anterior, fiquei toda a manhã sem internet, tendo que rotear a do celular.

Em geral bom. Grande falha. Sem nenhum funcionário para ajudar a retirar ou depois ajudar a colocar as malas no nosso veículo(Check in e out)).Café maravilhoso. Atendimento na recepção muito bom.
