Worst hotel that I've ever been to. Had to wait over an hour to get my room, then there was no iron the remote is not working they give me another wasn't working either. Pillows and bed Made out of cement. There is no gym, the advertisement in the pictures are a lie and then if you have a disco on the 9th floor that bangs all night so you cant sleep. If they pay me to go there I will not do not waste your money.

We paid for a room with a view but didn’t get it. Also, the safe (for personal belongings) in the room was not working but it was never replaced as promised. There was no iron in the room had to call the front desk for one.

The room itself was decent enough. However the internet did not work while in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to get any work done. Also, my tv was scrambled and could not see anything clearly. I was there for 2 days. I am going to give this hotel another chance to see if I was just unlucky that day and got a bad room…I’ll be there next week😐

The front entrance is not very impressive. Our room was actually better than expected. The room was big and spacious, with a microwave, fridge and a stove. Now that was surprising. It was like a mini apartment. The kitchenette area was awesome, better than what I have seen in the United States. The Bathroom had two, two sinks. Amazing. The shower pressure was awesome, with abundant hot water. In summary, the hotel room was way better than I expected based on my first impression of the entrance. Check in and check out was a breeze even though the front desk people did not speak English.

Housekeeping needs to be improved. Linens / towels are replaced when the laundry is done using the same towels while guests waits without towels. Staff was attentive but could improve some.

El hotel está ubicado en buen lugar , el cuarto con cortinas que no cerraban y almohadas sucias y para rematar el desayuno se acabó temprano no vuelvo espero que mejoren no lo recomiendo.

Pictures are not correct. Once checked in the rooms all smelled like really bad mold. White powdery substance was on the desk and stains on the carpet floor. Looked like we checked into a brothel. Immediately left within 10 minutes of checking in.
