Nice enough hotel and very friendly staff. I would probably go elsewhere next time due to the food choices and prices. All in all though it was a great weekend.

This was the best hotel. I've stayed at several other Hyatt properties and this staff was the most accommodating, the most helpful, and the most eager. Truly, the greatest experience during my time at Hyatt Park.

Nice hotel friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. The hotel is quiet and away from the busy life of Toronto down town. Still near and easily reachable either by street car that has stop 2 blocks away or the hotel drop off service to down town which is very nice . Is a nice place if you enjoy walking and running along the lake side. They have a beautiful pool but it was a bit chilly up there so no one was in. Hopefully I can return in the summer.

Santa's village was a big surprise. I swear it's better than Disney World. Cleaner, cheaper and practically no waiting for rides. Everything looks like brand new and the attractions are better than i could have imagined.

We went at 3:00 on a Sunday - great time to go. It wasnt busy at all. Take a bathing suit for the splash pad.

Mainly for younger kids, visit the Sportsland area for the bigger ones!
