This property is a small comfortable cottage with room two to for adults. Easy access and amenities. My only complaint is the wifi was atrocious. It was spring break but we could not even pull up the weather. I was unable to run Youtube tv on the upstairs TV. I imagine that it is better with fewer kids around but it was a major frustration. We won’t book during spring break again.

Cute and quaint
Super cute little cabin for my family of four. Both my girls, ages 17 and 20 slept together comfortably in the bed downstairs. The pullout trundle sofa in the living room was perfect for movie and game nights. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. Perfect walking distance and location to the plaza. Our stay was perfect!

Charming, Clean, Large and well appointed
Very reasonable price for this large dwelling. Nice kitchen & dining room, outdoor decks, and master bedroom suite. The additional bedroom on 1st floor would work well for a teenager, or extra guest. We used it as an extra area for luggage, clothing, storage etc. There's even a small screened in porch off the 1st floor bedroom. A/C worked well, appliances were new (but vintage style). The ice-maker worked well as did all appliances. Was a couple block walk to the beech, but the immediate area was quiet and peaceful. Is very close to tennis, pickle ball and fitness center. The outdoor shower door at rear of unit was jammed shut. I didn't want to force it, but it may have worked - just didn't need it or miss it... We loved it!

Perfect girls weekend
Loved this spot! Quick bike ride to the Seaside hub of restaurants and shops as well as private beach access. The “shack” had everything stocked well in the kitchen, and I enjoyed that there was a variety of pillow types to find a favorite fit. It was perfect for our girls weekend away! Only complaint was that upon checkout, the code for the door was shut off an hour prior to what we were told (so be careful not to lock yourself out!) Other than that - highly recommend this little spot!

Seaside is perfect!
Perfect location, nice owner, its a uncluttered cottage that was very comfortable. The sofa could use some cleaning and really does not have a closet but overall it was very good!

Perfect location and property
The place was nice and clean. The location was great. Having access to the private beach area is definitely worth it. One thing I would say I didn’t appreciate, was the fragrance smell on the sheets and towels. It was way too over powering, we had to use our own bed sheets that we brought, and the towels we barely use them because of the same reason. Other than that I recommend this place.

We enjoyed staying in Sea Shack so much.. we’ve stayed in several houses in Seaside and this is one of the top ones! Beautiful, well decorated and appointed, very clean and comfortable. ‘Loved our private parking spot having the 2 bikes! Great location. Everything we needed for kitchen.

Clean. Excellent location just a block away from the Tupelo St beach entryway. About a four minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Across the street about a block away is the family area with playground and pool. Very nice setup for kids. All in all excellent stay. Cons, not many. Just make sure you bring the essentials like paper products etc because only the minimum are supplied. The kitchen has most cooking utensils but I'd expect much more for the price point of the rental. That could be easily remedied by the owners. Last, there's a nice grocery store, Publix, on 395 just minutes down the road.

A great cottage
SeaShack is a beautifully decorated cottage. It has everything you need. Perfect location to the beach & Seaside town area. Love the porch area. The two provided bikes is a great addition. Will definitely be returning to this cottage for a future stay.

Solid Rental
We loved our time at Seaside, always do. Sea Shack is great, just one complaint - the washer/dryer combo is beyond useful, doesn't dry clothes, and squeals really badly when it runs. Needed replacing long ago. Otherwise, great home, great visit.

Charming Seaside Cottage
Great layout and decor, comfortable and practical rooms. Especially for a couple. Could hold a small family , just have to share the shower. ( one full bath/one half bath. ) Nice deck and yard. Great homeowners! Would definitely stay here again.

A nearby property was remodeling and loud power saws and hammering began at 7:30am. I left a shopping bag from a local boutique in the upstairs bedroom and the property manager has not returned my calls. I have been calling for 3 days. Would love to know if housekeeping turned it in!

Cute back house! Watch your step!
This property was clean and a little small! But, had all of the amenities, household items, and met all of our needs. The rental property needs a little work, as we had an accident on the rotted boards on the porch, but overall it was fine.

Perfect Little Getaway!
My little family of three loved the Sea Shack. It was very homey and had everything a family would need. Location to the square and the beach make it even better! I would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area!

Perfect for Small Family
Very clean and the perfect amount of room for me, my husband and our 11 month old. Upstairs bedroom has plenty of room for a pack-n-play or portable crib. Short, enjoyable walk to the beach and the shops - no need to load up the car and drive.

Lovely Seaside Cottage
We stayed in the Sea Shack, a coach house, behind a larger SFR. We arrived late at night and the unit was fully lit, making entering the access code easy. The unit was much like the pictures. It was very cute and clean. There are actually 2Br/1.5 ba with an outdoor shower. There is no closet space, but I used the dresser to store my clothes. The kitchen was fully stocked with ample dishes and silverware. I only ran the dishwasher once. There were enough towels, although no tissues. The unit had everything we needed. The amenities of Seaside are very nice. Wanted to use the exercise room, but ran out of time. Participated in 2 morning tennis drills / round robins and utilized the beach, although it was Feb. Would love to buy a home in Seaside, but will have to settle for renting a vacation home there.

Stunning Sea Shack
Sea Shack was perfect for my husband and I and our 16 year old son. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and perfectly situated for days on the beach, strolling to shops and restaurants and shoreline bike rides.. we will be back!

We had a great stay at the Sea Shack. Normally when we head to 30a we like to be right on the ocean. We actually thought the short walk down to the beach was perfect and the fact that everything else was within walking distance was a major plus as well. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Marvelous!!!
Everything was first rate - the kitchen amenities, the bathroom appointments, and all the decor! We were a short walk to the private, best-ever-beach where a pavilion with restrooms and an outdoor shower is provided. Our stay was only 3 nights, but the set up would’ve been comfortable for a longer stay. There are no clothing closets, but lots of hooks on the walls for hanging clothing. Also no chest of drawers upstairs, but a lovely bathroom vanity with 3 drawers. Location is great. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We hope to come back! In a word - AWESOME 😎
