Nice place; great location!
The condo was just as advertised. Furniture was great, beds were acceptable. The greatest asset was the ski-in/ski-out. Many boast this perk, but we literally walked out the back door, put on skis, and skied down to the base. You have to pole a bit or take the skis off and walk the 10 yards to the lift, but it was very convenient. You can ski right back to the condo steps where you started, though finding the trail is a bit challenging. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Oh yeah, the mountain and skiing were fantastic! Great mountain mgmt! Even without much snow, the runs were great. I highly, highly recommend the mountain!

Excellent location and all the bathrooms you need
A bathroom in every bedroom was so very much appreciated by the 6 adults on this trip. The place was clean. The location couldn’t be better. It truly is ski in/ski out. It’s also an easy walk to the village. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub. The kitchen could use a more comprehensive set of glassware (enough wine glasses for 4-6 would be nice). The grill could be replaced - we had a steak night and the grill is on its last legs.

Great proximity to skiing
Worked great for our two families of 5. Everyone had plenty of space to sleep and hang out. The storage at the back door was great for keeping your gear ready to ski right to the lifts. Well stocked kitchen and we were able to eat in most nights. The restaurants in the village close soon after the lifts quit running, so be prepared with all the food you might need as the market doesn’t have a lot to offer and it’s quite a drive down to the store in Sandpoint. We all felt that the beds were too firm and the pillows were old and thin. Overall we slept okay and everyone had a bed, so I guess that’s what matters most. Big plus was every room having its own bathroom.

Would recommend for skiiers!
Pinnacle Ridge is a very convenient ski cabin. It had everything you need. Hot tub was wonderful. So close to the village.

Don't plan on the hot tub or Vacasa customer service
The home is nice, and the ski-in/ski-out access is amazing. However, I received a call the morning of my check-in day informing me that the hot tub was not working and would not be working for the first 4 days of my stay. They only gave me a $90/day refund despite the fact that there were comparable rentals with ski-in/ski-out access but without a hot tub for around $500/day less than what I paid. I should add that I only got the $90/day refund after calling Vacasa customer service for ~5 hours straight, as initially they only offered me a $50/day refund. In the end, they weren't able to fix the hot tub at all during my stay, and the customer service experience was extremely frustrating. Do not book this home (or any Vacasa-managed rental) if you are planning on the hot tub or any other amenity aside from the home itself.

Great location
Great ski in ski out property. About 200 yards down the path to the base area. Condo was well stocked with cooking utensils. We ate in almost every night. There is very little at the base area for dining. We had a good meal at the Chimney Rock one night. Bedrooms were very nice. Comfy beds and each one has a bath. Hot tub was very nice too. Highly recommend this place.

Great rental on the mountain
Nice clean place to stay. Back door was right off of a ski path so you could ski in and out of the house. Great location and could easily handle 4 couples. Nice large living area for us to all hang out. Hot tub was a bonus after a day of skiing. Will stay here again.

We loved this house. Fantastic location at the ski area. True ski-in/ski-out from the front door. Kitchen was super clean and well-stocked. Property management was great and communication was first rate.

This ski in ski out property was perfect for our vacation with extended family. There were bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. An especially nice touch was the radiant heat. The tile floors were so nice and warm!

This House Delivers!!
This ski-in/ski-out house is great! It makes skiing so easy with access to the chairlifts just a quick ski away. Then, when you’ve had your fill of fun out on the slopes, you just ski right up to the back porch where there are plenty of places to hang your skis both inside and out. The hot tub is conveniently located by the back porch with beach towels just inside the back porch door to the house and it is easy to use. There is nothing like relaxing in the hot tub after a day out on the slopes! The house is nicely furnished with very comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equipped. We will definitely stay at this house again!

Great Place to stay and Ski in the Wintertime
Everything was great.. Only one complaint. They stated they had a gas grill, but they didnt bother to state that it doesnt work well enough to grill a burger let alone a pork chop! They are in bad need of replacing their grill! The burners are shot. I had chops on high for 10 minutes and they were barely warm. We brought 2 meals for the grill and had to end up broiling them in the oven... Big dissapointment!

Cozy and great location
We loved the ski-in and out property. It is cozy and we loved having the hot tub. There are a lot of stairs and the property management company is non-existent. Ask all the questions before hand, because it is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone once you are at the property.

Fun time
Beautiful location. Lots of stairs 😂 but my husband taught our two girls how to ski and we enjoyed the property. Perfect location for skiing and enjoying the resort. Lots of space. Thank you. Plenty of dishes and all the pots and pans. We had thanksgiving here and I brought my roaster oven plug in and it was a perfect family get away .

Fabulous!
We had a wonderful time! The townhouse was amazing and each family had their own bedroom and bath. The view was magnificent and the location perfect. When we couldn’t get the fire started Brad, the property manager came all the way up the mountain at night to get it started for us I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a wonderful vacation!

Walkable to everything!
This place is right in the heart of Schweitzer Resort. Once we were there we didn’t have to drive because everything was walkable from this location. The house was clean and nice. We didn’t realize how many stairs there is in the house. A bit of a climb to get to the main kitchen level.

Roomy, ski in/ski out with beautiful views
This home easily accommodates 8-11 people with 4 bedrooms (each with own bath). It’s roomy, clean, easy ski in (from blue runs)/ski out, and has beautiful views. We even had a decorated Christmas tree waiting for us! It’s 4 stories from the ground floor garage, to the 2nd floor 3 bedroom/3 bath, to the 3rd floor living room/kitchen/half bath, to the 4th floor master (with back door skiing access and hot tub between 3rd and 4th floor) so be prepared for lots of stairs! Heated floors, a gas fireplace, washer and dryer (in garage), and a board game collection kept us cozy during our stay. It’s well suited for 4 couples or families with kids (careful around the stairs if kids are little). Master on the 4th floor has a king bed plus futon couch. Three other bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a queen, a king, and a queen/twin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this beautiful home!
