Wonderful stay!
The hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at. It is spotless, the staff is very friendly. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and there is parking available onsite so it’s very convenient.

Excellent hotel for San Sebastián. Bus route close to hotel. Room was very comfortable. WiFi was not brilliant. Good value the room. Breakfast expensive.

The hotel is very nice and clean and service staff were nice and accommodating. The same cannot be said about the reception staff, they were cold in their reception and when asked for help they were very reluctant. The room was nice but quite small and had no basic ammenties that would be expected, no fridge, small botel of water and no coffee machine. It was a little disappointing considering the price paid for the room.

Started off with not having the room i asked for(two seprate beds) a month before and then being told there were no rooms available with two beds in the entire hotel. Even though i asked a minth ago to let me know if the two beds werent available a month prior that i would make other arrangements if so. It took them a bit but when another front desk person got involved a room was found. Was happy they took care of the problem by shuffling beds in the hotel but it shouldnt have been an issue from the beginning. Nothing in the hotel was free or complimentary. Not even a cup of coffee in the lobby. We were given gross instant coffee in our room and no refrigerator to put any of our own items in. At a certain time every night our rooms and the hotel smelled like sulfuric acid or rotten eggs. It was so weird. The housekeeping lady kept pushing our beds together every night to make one bed and we had to separate them every night. Very annoying to say the least . The experience was not what i expected at all for rhis type of hotel.

Excellent service, very friendly staff Room had all of the amenities you would need and more! Phenomenal waterfall shower with hot water. Beautiful view from the room of the mountains and greenery. Calm and quiet hotel. A lot of options for free parking nearby the hotel Only a 10 minute drive to La Concha

Muy bien todo, el personal amable y atento. La zona esta alejada del centro pero se llega bien con bus y hay muchisimo espacio para dejar el coche fuera, nos parecio caro el parking del hotel pero la verdad no es indispensable. Alrededor hay casas, colegio y hospitales asi que es bastante silencioso y tranquilo. La habitación amplia, la cama grande y comoda. El desayuno de los mejores, variado, la fruta increiblemente fresca, gran variedad de bollería y embutidos, hay un chef preparando huevos como le pidas. Me gusto que hubiera leche sin lactosa a libre disposición (soy intolerante). Vamos a repetir sin dudas.
