Hotel is in great location. Front desk person was super nice and helpful. Room had a great view, the only negative would be it’s on the 1st floor. But overall very good hotel for the price.

This is cute little hotel we enjoyed for one night. Be prepared to pay 20€ for parking. It's situated in the old part of the town.

Small boutique hotel across from the water. nice sized rooms, parking is free, front desk very helpful. Three minutes from central shopping and restaurants. Safe and fantastic location.

Great personal, genuine attention, great attitude. Very helpful, Pino front desk clerk was amazing, helps getting around and how to take the bus to Hondarribia. Right across the beach. Closed to public transportation as well. Room was very clean, provided housekeeping service every day. We didn’t require service in our stay. But we saw them cleaning other guest rooms. Very attentive. All over great stay ! Will stay again.

Is this really a hotel or a trap
i have nvever seen an hotel that is so customer unfriendly and run fown. The pictures on hotel.com website are deceptive. The whold building is an apartment but they rent our bottom two lfoors as hotel with no amentiies and door close at 10: am. Please put the true description of this hotel

This is a great hotel in the perfect location just on the edge of busy part of the city. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, I couldn’t have asked for more. The room was a good size and very comfortable, all far exceeding my expectations.

Great location, walking distance to the old town. Parking is available on the same street near the hotel for 20 euros. Greatly recommended. We stayed one night only so location was perfect to visit a city.

Great hotel, just dont stay on first floor
The hotel was in a great location. If you choose to stay here, request a room that is not on the first floor. Our room was on first floor with no window (they were stained glass and below street level) and it was like a dungeon. All else about the hotel was great, just dont stay on first floor

Definitely worth the price - would stay here again
This was the perfect hotel from which to experience San Sebastián. Located on the water, close to the old town and wonderful restaurants. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Rooms were lovely.

Great place to stay. Very close to the old town and walking distance to all the bars. Right by the water. Staff was very friendly. Parking was a little expensive but convenient. Overall a great option and I would recommend.

Visiting San Sebastián for the weekend
The hotel was very nice in a very good location. We had a nice window view. Many thanks to the woman who checked us in. Very helpful, very capable, multi-lingual. Gave us a better room. Provided excellent advice on driving to their hotel parking place with an excellent map for how to adhere to the legal convoluted car circulation requirements in the streets near the hotel to take account of one way roads and other peculiarities. In hindsight, I wish they had send me that map by email in advance of my stay, even just for showing legal routes for driving to the hotel (and what is required to get back to the hotel if you go amiss and turn onto the nearest bridge).
