We have stayed many times and have enjoyed our stay. A few things that could be improved.. the shower floor is very slippery, there are no towel bars or hooks for clothing in the bathroom and more hangers in the closet would be appreciated. We look forward to our stay next year. Thanks!

The Holiday Inn staff was incredible during our stay from front desk to breakfast team. Absolutely loved our stay. Will be even better when outside bar patio is completed. Highly recommend.

Its perfect. El Salvador its a great place for turist. The hotel has the best location. It is walking distance to many places and has all the food places nearby.

Service by Edwin at the front desk was great. They were able to arrange safe car-driver transfers but rates were higher than others. Facility, especially lobby, needs significant renovation. Room was too dimpy lit and depressing but was clean and comfortable otherwise.

We did not like the service they treated us badly and poorly.The keys never worked properly you have to go to the front desk a lot. It was noisy and we complained about the noise but it didn’t stop . The parking lot was very weird . I do not recommend it is very clean but the service was the worst.

Excellent service, we will return and stay there
Our stay was just amazing. All personnel were really polite, helpful and friendly. This is the reason why I will return and stay there. Its location is so convinient; the hotel is close to the plaza, it has taxi services, a pool and a laundry room, an amazing view. We loved it.

I definitely stay there again. Their breakfast was the traditional Salvadoran food and it was a buffet style. I really enjoyed staying there.
