Overall I enjoyed my trip the only complaints I would have is the consistency in drinks at the different bars is crazy. None of the drinks are made the same and some completely different. The food was horrible and there needs to be more selection.

Had.made a point to mention we were celebrating an anniversary and ask.for.junior suite woth sea view. Our room was smack in fromlnt of a restaurant amlnd our view was pretty much non existant. Didnt even get a.congratulation.or anything. Most of the staff was very pleasant and acommodating

Do not go here. The rooms smell like swear there was no water at times. WiFi didn't work. Staff is not friendly and none spoke English. The food was sour multiple times. There is literally nothing to do besides the pool

Overall the property was good. Staff were nice and helpful. Facility was clean. Food and beverage options were good, buffet, two restaurants, two bars, food truck and snack bar included. Japanese/Sushi restaurant additional cost. Very nice view of the ocean and sunset. Room seemed to be recently renovated. Suggest adding an iron/ironing board and maybe some beverages.

Food from the buffet was mediocre at best. Not that much variety. Either too salty (especially the meat), or too sweet (like the soups). Rice not properly cooked at times, some pieces still hard, even raw. Room cleaners did not give new towels everyday nor new amenities everyday like soap. The cover for the bed was extremely thin, even with low AC, so it was very cold at night. Only extremely hot water coming out from sink and shower, so very irritating to those with sunburns. Not very convenient to only have hot water when living in a hot country. Italian restaurant was okay, carbonara pasta was too salty. Alma restaurant was a disaster. Nice view by the ocean but there were flies everywhere. We were too busy killing them that some ended up dead in our food. We requested to change tables and pointed to the server the dead bugs in our food, but he took his bare hands to take the bugs out of our food instead of giving us a new plate of food. Very unsanitary. Entertaintment was very fun, especially the employees and the shows at night. The food at the food truck was good, and so was the fried chicken at the snack bar.

Overall, this resort is amazing. I was skeptical at first based on reviees but was happy my entire stay. First, the grounds are clean and well kept. The location is beautiful, with a wonderful view. The syaff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good, always hot and the cooks were always refilling the buffet. I wish the bars were open later though and the AC in the rooms had trouble keeping up with the humidity. Towels were also a bit of a hassle to get a hold of. But overall its a great little resort, worth a stay. Enjoy the infinity pools and the amazing view! (And the desserts at the buffet!)

The staff and entertainment staff were amazing. The food was terribly subpar, the facilities were under renovation, but it’s a small property with a gorgeous view. Definitely worth the price for a short trip. Would not stay longer than 3 days

THEY HAVE BED BUGS. food makes you not want to eat cooking staff in the snack shack and food truck are extremely rude. Carlos in the bar is amazing though! would not recommend.

You'll enjoy this property unless a problem occurs. Problem resolution leaves a lot to be desired. Transport never picked us up from the airport, safe which we paid for only worked for one day, tv only worked one day, 2 hats and a pair of shoes came up missing, chicken wings from the food truck under cooked, and no beach on site. Our next trip we will try somewhere else, I guess that says it all.

I. Didn’t think they pay attention when people complained and changed rooms to fix the doors they make too muck noise when you open and close them I think from the humidity they get stuck from the middle down that’s. The reason I’m not going there again fix the doors please!

Everything was good, food, staff helped to solve anything right away. The rooms were big and very clean, nice air conditioning, the bathroom was clean also. Plenty of space for your clothing. Easy access to town, walking distance. Security was very alert of the surroundings and it gave that feeling of safety around you. I would definitely go again and stay here on my next vacation.

Great stay! Quiet, adult only, was never hungry, and every request was attended to. Had an issue with my room key and assisted within 2 minutes. Had a great time the pools are awesome the shuttle to the beach is always on time safe and quick. The food was always delicious with lots to choose from. Would def go back! Thanks for a great time

This resort is a hidden gem. Diving into the sea is amazing, along with the snorkelling. We walked to huge beach once, an easy 15 minutes through a local town, but that is the only time we went to the beach. Didn’t miss it at all. The water was so warm to simply dive into. Infinity pools are amazing. Food was super. If you want a big resort with action and entertainment, don’t pick this one. If you want peace and quiet and to always have a hut with a little entertainment around supper and the beautiful Caribbean Sea to dive into and supposed you, then pick here. It is completely safe to walk off resort and eat locally, which we did for fun, even though we were all inclusive. This place is a dream.

Drinks are bad, so you end paying for good quality. Food is good, rooms are ok (relative old hotel). Staff is very nice. No laundry service in the hotel, they coordinate with some people out of the hotel. I would rate it as 2 or 3 stars maximum, somehow expensive for what you get but if you are willing to expend extra for a nice overall stay, then you can have a good time there.

This property does not deserve 5 stars. There facility does not operate like 5 star establishments I’ve visited in DR. Don’t come here they will charge you for everything even though it’s all inclusive, also there is limited availability to the beach, you need to take a bus that is super far out, also the food has no seasoning!!!
