Great stay
We stayed for one night only, wished we had stayed longer. We loved the spa. The rooms were very comfortable and the area is very quiet with some lovely walks. We will return but for longer next time.

Staff not very attentive in the bar area.could never find anyone when needed and when you ring the bell you can hear it ringing at reception but nobody cares.maybe also a course on making cocktails as it says its a cocktail bar but clueless. 5 euro a night parking but none of the electric sockets in the car park work so you can't plug in your electric vehicle. . Will not be staying here again.

clean hotel, waited 10meetings to get room key while only receptionist talked on phone ,dining room no atmosphere resembled a school canteen, english breakfast was awful .no waiter service for evening meal,which is way overpriced ,,rooms have no character to them.no signs have any english on them, tv in rooms are only any use if your spanish is excellent ,outside bar great lots of sun loungers ,sp[a closed for couple of hours in afternoon,so disappointed with too many aspects, would never go again

Fantastic spa facility and wide range of treatments available. Breakfasts were very good with ample choices. Fixed price buffet lunch option at weekend was very good value.

Weekend away
Only stayed for a couple of nights, checked in around midnight, no problem. Room large, clean and well kept, breakfast buffet had lots of choices, hot and cold.

Hotel was very clean and has implemented preventative actions re COVID. Most staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, lack of variety , particularly fresh fruit.

We really enjoyed our stay but the pool bar was closed and it was very hard to even get a coffee as there were very few staff around. Overall it was excellent value for money.

Overall a nice hotel but long queue to check in and only 1 member of staff. Downside: miserable bar staff, sewage smell in outside bar, air conditioning in room was poor Upside: nice room, good food, nice spa (although very busy despite Covid).

Nice Hotel let down my a few issues
Check in was disappointing, took all if our details to say we couldn’t check in until 3 even though the hotel was half empty, then had to give all of our details again. No towels for the pool, only robes which we couldn’t get until check in, no food available by the pool. It is a nice hotel with nice facilities although would expect more from a 4 star hotel.

I left 4 days before booking expired. Asked for a refund! There is no bar soap for a start,plastic tubes with gel make a mess on the surface and are bad for the environment.Dining room cheerless,like a cafeteria and food below standard,no service at the bar and deserted mostly.Staff indifferent.Lights in the room unmanageable.Could not imagine spending Xmas there.Its just a SPA.Had a wonderful time at LAZenia on the beach and wonderful food and Christmas lunch with Cava

Do not book, if you believe there is a spa service! No treatments or use of pool over Christmas time. We arrived on the 23 of December for the use of the Spa and the pool over the 24th and 25th. Closures was not the website, neither noticeable in the hotel. I cannot rate this a 4 star hotel at all.

The hotel was located off a main road on the outskirts of the town, so was fairly easy to find. It was modern and clean. There was the option of paid-for parking underground or a free car parking area option opposite if required. Car and bicycle hire on site, which was very good for the coast. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed in December (which was not stated in the description), even though temperatures were still nearly 20 degrees. There was a spa facility which had to be paid for, and strict rules on hats and footwear. The hotel was used by locals at weekends for the spa facility and could be quite noisy and busy, including the breakfast room, especially so in the centre communal area. The rooms were very clean, and had a mini fridge and a good sized television. Unfortunately the beds werent good quality and quite springy (unusual for a four star hotel). The bathroom and shower was very good, with a make-up/shaving mirror. The air conditioning didn't work, but I'm not sure if was disabled for the winter.

This hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was really good, the hotel was super clean and the pool area was great. The downside was no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms and only one English TV Channel

We stayed at the hotel 4 years ago. Everything has remained excellent. Almost! A big minus is that now the mini bars are not refrigerated, but can be used simply as a storage. The staff could not explain clearly the reason, proposed us to use the hotel bar. But what if you want a cold drink when the bar is closed? Besides, there was some inconvenience because of the limitation on the TV sound; some channels had very low sound. On the other hand, we were happy that parking lot across hotel (open air) was still available for free; the hotel's garage costs the same 5 euros. There are still a couple of not expensive and good restaurants in the downtown San Pedro del Pinatar.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Spa access meant access only to the pools and not the Sauna or steam room area as we were led to believe when booking. The food was third rate and whilst plenty of it, the hot food was cold and over cooked and the cold food was just plain catering. Didn't help that the staff made us wait until 9pm for dinner as there was a football team being hosted at the time of our stay and they seemed to get preference.

I am gluten free and the hotel food was not gluten free and they didn't have much that I could Eat, they charged me €25 for dinner a the receptionist said was it's down to the resturant , rubbish it's down to the whole hotel. Breakfast was included but it was the same situation there not even a grilled or plan tomatoes or mushroom no sausage even thou they had two, to chose from. Very disappointed with the attitude with the staff and hotel as a whole. It thinks it's better than it is. And all the spa facilities are not all included as I thought only the pool is, so no sauna or steam room was included.

A spa hotel is not really a spa hotel when the spa facilities are not available. Very disappointed that we were not advised of this advance and although facilities were made available at the Pinotar Arena these are quite limited by comparison. Also for some reason the beds weren't made whilst we were there. Otherwise however, the staff were great and the hotel was very comfortable and we loved San Pedro. Shame about the spa though.
