Paradise perfect for families
This is a very well stocked and convenient place for familes! We love its ground floor location and communicating with the property manager was always easy and prompt. We are excited to stay again!

Beautiful ground floor unit right next the pools. 50 yards from the beach. The picture depict the listing well. Perfect for kids. Gated security and easy parking. Fully recommend.

Where do i start? We get in and not even a few minutes in, a couple of cockroaches start running around. The entire condo needs renos...i have no idea what they renovated a few years ago, but who knows?...i don't want to know the state it was in before the renos. One day i open one cupboard and i'm left with the doorknob in my hand...nothing major, but that doorknob it's just a sign of the state of disrepair this place is in. A few more days pass and we're shaken by a loud noise... one of the rusty metal high chairs just gave and my adult son almost broke his hand falling while eating breakfast. We killed a couple more cockroaches in the meantime. Another rusty piece of metal, who was placed in a high traffic area, fell...nothing major again, but you get the sense. We saw a few other condos in the complex while staying there...what a difference...the only thing that wasn't much different was the price...this condo should be half the price of the other ones.

I’m sorry you did not like our renovation (renos?) but we have never had a guest leave our condo in such a mess of trash and broken furniture/ decor. We had to have a crew there an entire day to clean and fix everything. I’ve kept your damage deposit and will not rent to you again.

Overall great stay
The unit was as advertised and located in a great spot within the property. Amazing outdoor terrace overlooking the pool with great views of the ocean. The unit was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Worth noting there are a lot of owners in the complex who had a problem with kids splashing and playing in the pools at times which was a little frustrating considering we were here on spring break and our kids wanted to play freely with other kids. They also don’t allow music speakers by the pool. Other than the annoyance of the local owners we loved our stay at Mykonos. Just be prepare to Uber a lot or rent a car as the few restaurants near by are over priced and not particularly authentic.

We enjoyed our vacation and some day we’d like to come back.
We liked staying there. As of us the the bathrooms needs to be cleaned better and the bedding can be updated too. The 2nd bedroom needs more space for clothes, the closet needs to be organized better and left empty for the guests,the drawer would be perfect instead of a commode which is full of stuff. Otherwise the apartment is really good and the outside is more than nice!! We are really to come back and invite our friends 💜❣️

Best beach vacation!
Our family was so impressed by the property during our week long vacation. The pool and beach were fantastic and the property manager was in constant contact to make sure we were having a great stay. Highly recommend staying at this property during your next trip.

We enjoyed the stay here very much. The grounds are beautiful, the pickleball court was a must for us. The waves were good! The condo is full- we had everything we needed to cook, play on the beach or go surfing. My only suggestion is to get the condo a bit more organized- there are just a lot of miscellaneous things all over and kitchen cabinets are full - which made it hard to have some open areas for our own things but we would come back and recommend to friends.

Great place!
Great property, exactly what the listing stated. Location is excellent close to amenities our family very much enjoyed. Resort staff very friendly maintaining a quiet, safe, clean and beautifully landscaped area and pool. Full recommend.

Ground floor was awesome and convenient we could see when the hot tub was open. The patio was very large and perfect for sitting out and eating dinner . Love that past guests left alchohol and spices - we did the same ❤️ Property manager was very responsive and helpful and beds were comfortable

Super relaxing!
Our stay was perfect. Being ground level was easy for my elderly parents and there was always a parking spot near the front door. The patio was great to sit out on for our morning coffee. I think there was only two other families who would pop by the pool. Very quiet neighbors above us. Matteo and Kendra were quick to respond to any question we had.

Perfect property location!! ground floor
Owner was extremely easy to work with. He answered all our questions quick. Ground floor unit was awesome. The upper pool/hot tub was almost ours alone. The unit was close a close walk to Starbucks and 1 1/4 mile to grocery store. Uber was the best bet getting around San Jose area $2-6. Unit had everything you’d need for cooking and entertainment. Never did find the binder of information though. Beach was very big and great to swim in. Long walks are a must. Caborelaxo was a great service to/from the airport. Friendly staff and clean ride. Don’t get stuck in airport with any info both people unless you want a time share presentation! Haha I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Cabo. Beautiful grounds and very safe with security always walking around. Gum was very spacious and clean as well. Really can’t say enough about how well kept the property is and location of unit. Not a lot to walk to so you’ll be ubering most of the time. But it’s cheaper then renting a car and no hassle.

Just what we needed!
Great location at a great price. The view, the pool, the beach, the people, and the local restaurants were all wonderful. Would definitely do it again! A couple side notes: The establishment is older, so don't go expecting a New 5 STAR resort. Our favorite restaurant was "Sardina Cantina!" And, Watch out for the Time-Share pressure folks at the airport. ;-)

This condo was amazing ! Ground level so we can just walk out of any of the 3 sliding doors out to patio that leads to pool and beach . Pools were heated ( Jacuzzi + 1 pool was adult only ) A rental is suggested as taxi rides can get very expensive . The unit had everything we needed , including a blender to make our own pina coladas :) . Washer and dryer was a plus and they had games and movies for the kids. Security was friendly Can't wait to go back !

Had a wonderful stay at Mykonos!
Myself and my teenage daughter really enjoyed the condo. The proximity to the beach and pool were perfect. The property is very relaxing and not crowded at all. the gym and tennis court were a great addition. We rented a car and visited all the nearby snorkel beaches(since you cant swim right here in front). The condo itself had all that we needed. We had a great stay!

Perfect place for a family and especially a surfing family!
Perfect place for us. I love to surf and zippers right out front was a dream. Kids loved the zero entry pools. Ground level was awesome with kids. We cooked almost all of our meals there. Kitchen was well equipped. Tons of space for everyone. Having laundry there was great. Although our kids are past infant stage, there was a pack n play, walker and booster seat (I would appreciate that if I had infants 😊). The city bus is easy to take to the grocery store (1 mile). Kids loved the playground downtown as well. Owner was very responsive as well. We will definitely look into renting this property again!

Great Location. 24/7 security. The guards were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us cross the main street to catch the bus heading to Cabos San Lucas. They also referred us with a known cab driver who took us couple times down to Cabo. The condo had everything as described on the add. Before you go out to buy groceries for your stay look inside the cabinets. We bought stuff without looking and it was already there. The downside was the AC for some reason it wasn't working but we managed. Luckily it wasn't to hot. Also, the pull out bed wasn't comfortable it had missing springs. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor. They definitely need to buy a new sofa bed.

Fantastic 20 days at Mykonos
We had a fantastic 10 days. Had a couple issues with water and power that was quickly dealt with. The 24/7 security was so friendly and always smiling. Will come back again.

Fabulous time in San Jose Del Cabo.
We loved our time here. The Condo had everything we needed and the grounds and amenities are stunningly beautiful and well maintained. We often dined on the patio simply so we could enjoy the view. There are good restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets within a mile. The huge stretch of beach in front of the condo means it is never too crowded. If you are here when the Thursday night Art Walk is on in the old part of town make sure to go. Our taxi driver summed things up when he said: "Cabo San Lucas is hysterical but San Jose Del Cabo is historical." We loved not being in the middle of party central. The owners have left a nice binder of suggestions for food and activities. We would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Ok property, but it's noisy and not very clean -- if you're looking for tranquility, look elsewhere
This property is adequate at best, very worn and in need of cleaning and an update. The kitchen cabinet doors are falling off, closets were stuffed with sandy broken beach chairs such that the doors won't close, the master shower has very little water pressure, the front door is coming off it's hinges and it hasn't been deep-cleaned in a very long time. The layout however is very nice with the unit on the ground floor close to the pool and only a few more steps to the beach. So that's a very nice feature. But if you are looking for piece and quite -- look elsewhere! The complex is right on the main road (corridor) between San Jose and Cabo. The traffic noise is quite noticeable 24/7. To add to this, the construction next door drones on all day and won't likely be complete until late 2019. If you don't mind the noise or the dirty conditions, then this seems reasonable. Fortunately, I was there with guys who don't care about nice things and we generally didn't stay there much during the day. If my wife had been there with me, she would have been very unhappy. Pictures make it look nicer than it is which I guess is pretty typical of most VBRO properties. All that said, the pool is nice, heated and it is perfectly situated on a low-traffic beach with very few vendors. I can't say that I hated the place but I won't be staying there again and would not recommend it to a friend. With some TLC, this could be a very nice (but noisy) property.

Beautiful setting however construction next door ruins the tranquility. Wonderful outside patio. Well equipped kitchen etc but whole unit is in need of major renovations or at least a coat of paint and a good scrubbing.

Great getaway
Me and my family rented 108B over our Christmas break and had an amazing time. We're a family of 5 and had enough space for everyone. Really liked that we were on the ground level, we were worried about safety at first but the condo has a 24 hr guard and we felt very secure. Benefit of no stairs made it easy to just pop out to the pool area and it felt like an extension of the condo. You can walk to town, it was a bit of a stretch for us (we did it one day) and then rented a car ($35/day). It made it a lot easier to check out other beaches and do activities. Condo had everything we needed in terms of beach supplies, movies, books, kitchenware and even snorkels. Matt the condo owner was very helpful, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. The condo complex has a gym and a tennis court which was a plus for us and a great pool area. The only bummer was the construction next door - but it didn't affect our stay and after the first couple days, we no longer noticed the noise. In my opinion, that has nothing to do with the quality of the condo as there's construction all along the Cabo coast!

Mykonos B102 in San Jose del Cabo
We enjoyed our stay. The vacation rental was comfortable and nice. We did not receive the correct security code to unlock the unit when we arrived on a Saturday check in. It was difficult to find someone to help us and I ended up contacting the owner for the code. Luckily he was available. You may also want to suggest a rental car if you are staying more than a couple of days, not too many things are close walking distance. I would recommend the stay.

great spot
loved the condo, only complaint was the construction nearby, but no biggie. pools were warm and wonderful, beach right in front, beds super comfy. the pullout couch could use some updating, pretty much unusable as a bed due to some intense metal bars, think Seinfeld, though our other member was able to sleep on the couch as is just fine. there was an air mattress as well just in case. would highly recommend!
