Our fridge was broken and the glass on the desk shook horribly whenever we walked. Otherwise great experience. The staff was amazing.

The guest on the floor above my room were walking around and you could hear their footsteps all night long. This was beyond annoying. Not to mention, there were some outdoor tables that some guests were using to smoke. I was on the second floor right above where they were smoking, I had the AC off and the smoke was coming through the vents. Disgusting. I had such a restless night

Did not have blankets asked for additional from staff we were told they were out. Mattresses were awful, they are probably old and need to be replaced. The layout of the rooms were not practical. The restroom doors were hard to close and open due to carpet.

This hotel is really good. The room is nice and clean. Airport shuttle is a great sevice, and Eric (driver) went the other mile to get me to have lunch before checking. I appreciate it very much.

Keep up the great service.
Even though the hotel is in/very close to the airport,it was peaceful and quite. One csn enjoy a very good night rest.

Excellent hotel, we're a family of 5 and really liked the pull out sofa bed. Much more comfortable than a regular sofa bed. I also liked that our room had separate shower and toilet area. Less waiting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The pool is smaller than most but heated and kids enjoyed it. Definitely recommend

I had a two night stay and the morning after I arrived they checked me out without my consent (it was their mistake) and put all my stuff on a bag ruining some clothing. all of this without calling me on the phone or letting me know, it was all their mistake, some items were missing and so far they haven´t told me how they are going to repair their mistake.

Nice hotel close to airport with free shuttle service to airport. Only complaint was the room and that we paid for a king bed and was given a double queen bed with handicap/assessinle. The front desk said that 3rd party rooms are assigned with no guarantee of room type

Room was clean, and both front attendants during my stay were amazing and helpful. My wife and kids loved the stay as well. The pool was the perfect size for my toddlers and teen. We have nothing bad to say about our stay :) Breakfast was good.

Place was good in general but my biggest complaint was only one night stand so was ever on the left side could not place anything like glasses, water, book, tablet or anything without getting up and finding somewhere else to put it. Kind of a pain also none of the lights worked in the bedroom except the big bright light over the bed. Staff was great and friendly

My flight was canceled, it needed somewhere to stay. The staff at this property was unbelievably helpful. Even drove me to the airport at 3:45 AM. Highly recommend.
