The good: Property was neat. The front desk staff was really polite and helpful, and the check in was super easy. The manager was really polite and super helpful. The second room we were put in was very clean, updated, and spacious. I can’t say enough how helpful and pleasant the front desk staff was. The bad: The first room we were assigned wasn’t cleaned, BUT the front desk staff was very helpful and quick with relocating us to a new room with no problems, like instantly…the manager was awesome. THE BEDS! They are super firm and uncomfortable if you don’t like a hard mattress. My husband and I got no sleep on it 😩

The place was very clean and new. Was set back when informed that there would be a deposit for check in and would get it back after inspection of room, but not the entire deposit. Seem off.

I was traveling with my service dog that is a French bulldog. He weighs probably 30 pounds. I was being told that I was gonna be thrown out of the hotel if there was any spots on the blanket that I should not be allowing a dog to lay in a bed or Couch any furniture not be laid on is the manager/owner said he also told me that I would br Getting an extra charge if there was any spots due at the dog, that’s when I told him that was ridiculous due to the hotel being a pet friendly hotel. It was anything ot oghtt I was pretty upset. I left Law come back and he’s threatening to kick me out of the hotel so I didn’t sleep right I had this friend threatening me and I try to speak with him. He would say he was done with me and didn’t hear nothing from me.

Considering it was a new hotel, we asked for new sheets cause i spilled in our sheets, we were told no because there weren't enough sheets. I requested an iron, were called at 11 pm asking us to return the iron. On day of check out, we were called at 10 am, 1045 am and 1055 am asking if we were checking out. On their website it says one animal was free, yet we were charged. Price went up from $383 to $450. AC, although, we had the fan ON, it would continuously turn off making the room hot and stuffy. My parents were staying at the same hotel, my mom tried checking in early so they could put food in the refrigerator. Hotel manager told her no because there were no rooms, the parking lot was empty. He got frustrated and kicked my mom out and told them they couldn't stay there so they had to go to another hotel. Won't stay again.

To my understanding, this is a new or remodeled hotel . I walked in , looked at and told in a mumbled voice no elevator.. no signs for stairs , I got lost and no indication of where to go ..

We asked for addition towels and the gentleman at the front desk, acted so put off having to get us towels. Then handed us 1 towel and acted like it was the ONLY towel left in the entire hotel. He could ONLY give us 1 towel is what he said.

The sheets and comforter was dirty with blood stains and pee stains which is unacceptable. When I requested new sheets there was no one available to bring them to me—I had to go down myself to get them around 10pm. I would not recommend this property. I did not enjoy my stay.

The towels in my room were disgusting. One of them had brown stuff on it. Not just stains but solid material stuck to it. The other was very worn out with stains on it. I called the front desk and they brought two new towels but they were also stained and old looking. We ended up buying towels at a local Ross. The a/c also didn’t work well. I had to turn it down to 66 and the room was still hot and muggy. The bathtub was clogged, although they did fix it quickly after I told them about it. No turndown service was given to our bed.

This place was horrible. The beds are not comfortable at all and it smells funny. There was a blood stain on the bed sheets and a knot of hair on the bathroom floor. Just shows how much they “clean”. The bathroom sink was dirty and there was none of the toiletries that they usually give away. Was charged $200 the night when this is typically a $60 hotel. It’s spring break week and I was just trying to visit some places in San Antonio, so I didn’t mind the price, but had i know it would of been this bad I would of never booked. I didn’t leave right then and there because it was to late to book elsewhere and with it being spring break it was hard to find a hotel. Also they stole my license plate in the parking lot. Yippee! Would give zero stars if I could.

I had 2 rooms, 1 for me, 1 for my mother and sister. I got to my room and it was dirty. Tar on the floor, carpet had stains, and felt dirty in bare feet. The other room had roaches and was just as dirty, no tar though. The person behind the desk at night was very apologetic and offered a refund, but did not know how to process it. She asked me to call the following morning to get a refund from her manager. He was not apologetic at all. Was refusing a refund, and proceeded to tell me that because I was there a couple of hours before I reported it, that he didn't need to refund. I told him that I expected better customer service and a clean place to stay. I am furious with what he thinks is suitable for someone to put there toothbrush on. The night lady even took pictures of everything that was wrong, but he wasn't having any problems with the conditions. I would not ever, EVER, recommend this hotel to anyone. And I've stayed at some pretty bad places.

It was awwwwwwwwwwwwwwful and I want a refund! I walked out after 5 minutes. The heavy scent of curry through out the "hotel" was disgusting as I couldnt breathe and soon after was throwing up. The place is old, dirty. The room was awwwwwwwwwwwwful. Dirty, ripped sheets, pillows looked like someone was lying on it right before I walked in, bath tub was dirty, smelt horribly, heat/ac too noisy. As I said I walked out and never again.

This hotel should cost about $70 per night. Beds are cheap. Linens were soft though. Floor wasnt vacuumed. Bathroom needs repair. Very few tv channels that arent fuzzy. Rooms are spacious. Dont get me wrong, this hotel isnt awful. Its just not worth over $70 per night. We paid almost 200 due to the stock show being in town and there not being very many hotels available. No water!!! Had a coffee maker, no pot. Locks on the doors were broken. Phone didn't work. Staff was clueless and provided no solutions. That's just the short list. This place is a dump!!!

Upon arrival, there was construction going on so we were asked to park on the other end of the hotel which we didn't mind, but we had no idea of the major issues we would eventually encounter during our stay like the loud noise and hotel being out of water the entire 2 day stay due to the ongoing construction which was not stated in the Expedia website. Anyhow, when we proceeded inside, the lady at the front desk was on the phone doing a personal call and eating Burger King. When she started to take my information, she did not hang up on her call and instead kept asking the person to "hold on". The front desk also had a clear sign up stating to "please wear your mask" which I did have mine on, but she never proceeded to put her mask on. After checking-in, we walked towards the elevators and you could smell a strong unpleasant odor in the hallway which only got worse once in the elevator. Once in the room, the door locks didn't close properly, the tv controller had batteries that didn't work, the a/c kept going out and making a loud noise, the walls had holes, overall the room was falling apart. You could also tell how the room had not been cleaned properly in months as the inside of the microwave was dirty and the top of the fridge was covered in heavy dust. In addition, I was glad I brought my own towels as the ones provided were clearly dirty with stains. My credit card was also compromised the day I checked-in. Overall, this stay was a nightmare and a terrible experience.

Construction was going on in the roof of the hotel making it very noisy, room was not cleaned properly even after requesting for it to be, found a live roach, small towels were given.

Entrance to the property is hard to find and access. The facilities were nice. Very clean and layed out very nice.

It was very dirty and shabby. The door to my room did not feel secure as you could barely touch it and it’d move allowing a whole crack with visibility to the hallway. I just did not feel safe whatsoever and actually ended up leaving around midnight.

Couldn’t even stay because at 12 am when we got there they had NO clean rooms. The front desk lady went back to “clean rooms”. After 30 minutes of sitting there we finally left. There was multiple people waiting for a room.
