Really needs renovation literally not just building but sheets and towels and better cleaning services in rooms and hall ways etc Pool could use a good cleaning because it has literally pieces of green fungus algae stuff floating around! Staff I can only say great things about them; kind attentive friendly but they need more efficient help there because they have to run dining room bar and pool bar and room service by themselves (2 people)

My 4-night stay at this hotel was different. When I scheduled my stay I didn't know that the only leisure option the pool closes at 7pm. Beach was my first choice to stay at this hotel but unfortunately the beach is simply impossible to take a shower. Full of stones and farofeiros and not talking about the danger. I will share with you some photographs of the reality of this hotel. Honestly, for the daily rate, it's simply not worth it. Other guests were also super insecure and dissatisfied with the hotel!

Wry pretty outside. I have no complains about the workers. But the bathrooms drainers wasn’t working properly, the TV wasn’t good, the slide glass door locked my husband outside 2am.

This is a lovely hotel inside the safety of the property. Staff are Very helpful and friendly. The security guards helped us feel safe. Pool is clean and inviting

Would stay again!
I had a good time here being my first time in Brazil. The property sits on the beach and is gate guarded. The room was fairly comfortable with a nice view and comfy patio furniture on the sea view room.

Some nice day next to the beach
We had some very nice days here. The room was spaces and clean. We enjoyed some time at the close by beach. It is just out of the door. To go in the city it is some way but with Über this is no problem at all. We also enjoined the dinner next to the beach. Overall an satisfying experience.

I booked for my husband that is visiting family. He is very pleased with it that he was worried i couldn't book for this week again that he booked directly with the hotel. Too bad because i dont get points. The place is safe, clean and have a very good breakfast.

This has got to be the worst of all the places I have ever stayed. In fact we did not even stay we checked into the hotel I immediately let the desk clerk know that this was unacceptable. I was insured a room with a view and got a room in an alleyway the past to do a small corner to the beach then allow people to go through making noise plus I was over the utilities which was also very noisy. There was about 15 flies on the ceiling in the bathroom was completely filthy. We went downstairs and demanded a refund and was told that we could not get a refund. So we left the hotel and went to another hotel which was a few miles away and definitely satisfied my expectations. We were booked to stay at this hotel for three days but only stayed about 30 minutes could not take anymore. By the way her to log our luggage up and down the stairs because there was no want to assisters. I did not even want to give me a receipt saying that I checked out early! If there was a lower rate in this hotel would definitely get it it was just that bad.

hi, A Guest booked a cheeper room ( with the description om the web site ) , when he arrived in the hotel he directly said that he wanted a room with see view bur without paid the price. He said that if we don't ofered the FREE upgrade , he will post a bad review. and it doesn't work.... now,, it was inpossible to give a receipt because a guest didn't pay nothing in the hotel bur directly im the web site o Expedia.

Nice location for being quiet. When in normal operation after the Covid Isolation rules it would be a more interesting place. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful

This hotel is far from the major attractions of Salvador but it is right on the beach. The hotel staff was wonderful but if you haven’t stayed at a resort in South America before just be ready for all the things that can go wrong. Old plumbing, thin towels, that sort of thing.

Beautiful hotel
we stayed here for two nights before catching an early flight and the hotel is beautiful. about 10 mins walk to an area of restaurants and little shops. it's by the beach, but I didn't think it was the nicest beach we've been to in Salvador. it's a 45-55 min bus ride into the city centre, so not the place for exploration but definitely recommend for a few days of relaxing.

Tudo muito lindo e confortável mas o café da manhã estava muito fraco. Péssimas opções e poucas opções. O café não corresponde ao paraíso que é o local. Poderia ser muito mais caprichado. Compra uma sanduicheira nova gente, estava toda quebrada e muito pequena para um hotel desse porte. Espero voltar e ter um café digno ao local.

A infra estrutura é incrível, mas o chão do quarto não estava muito limpo e a roupa de cama deixa a desejar só tem um lençol forrando a cama, que nem era de elástico e desforra todo a noite, não tem Andredom, quando solicitado deram uma mantinha de solteiro de pouca qualidade.

Excelente atendimento desde a recepção até no restaurante. Quarto bem arrumado, chuveiro forte e maravilhoso. Bebidas no frigobar, mas senti falta de gelo no quarto. Havia opção de pagar balde de gelo. Infelizmente tivemos o azar de ter outros hóspedes no andar superior ao quarto que ficamos, bastante barulhentos de madrugada, mas recepção deu total atenção e resolveu situação.

O melhor do hotel é a área da piscina, muito linda. Gostamos muito da área externa. Os quartos não são os melhores, ficamos em um mais simples, talvez os outros sejam melhores. São um pouco antigos e escuros, as roupas de camas também são velhas. Café da manhã simples, porém, bom. De tudo que tem a área externa são piscina a melhor coisa. Muito linda. A parais em frente não serve pra banho muito fedida (mas não tem a ver com o hotel) .

O hotel nao tem nenhum motivo pra ter a categoria "hotel boutique". Como vimos sujeira em aguns pontos do quarto, resolvemos verificar colchão e travesseiros. Qual nao foi nosso espanto ao nos depararmos com colchão todo sujo e manchado, que nem mesmo motéis têm (inclusive manchas de sangue), assim como os travesseiros. Pena q nas fotos as manhas nao têm a mesma nitidez de ao vivo. Senti nojo de ter dormido naquela cama com aqueles travesseiros. As toalhas não têm nenhuma qualidade (velhas e bem baratas). O lençol estava com um furo em que cabiam 3 dedos. A varanda do quarto ficava encharcada cada vez q molhavam o jardim e o piso estava todo manchado/embolorado. O box (felizmente bem grande) virava uma piscina em todo banho (um ralo horrível e desproporcional à quantidade de água do chuveiro). A porta do armário do frigobar nao fechava. O rodapé no quarto estava todo sujo e manchado. A única coisa boa e bonita é a área externa. Contraindico o hotel a todos.

Atendimento fraco. Com algumas exceções. Quarto não tinha manta e só um lençol, tive que solicitar uma manta na recepção. No quarto e banheiro apareceram algumas baratinhas francesas, precisa de dedetização. Na hora de fechar incluíram uma despesa errada. A piscina é o ponto alto.

Chuveiro não esquenta. Nos dois primeiros dias encontrei baratas no quarto. A manteiga do café da manhã estava vencida. Moveis do quarto estavam velhos. Café da manhã fraco. Esperava mais por uma valor medio de diaria de R$500,00.
