We made the reservation on Expedia for this place. When we went there they said they can't see our reservation. So we had to get another room booked there at a cost of xxx. I am not sure whose fault it was but we felt terrible.

Getting to this hotel was difficult. There is construction on the road and it shares a parking lot with Chick-fil-a and it gets congested from the drive thru. The hotel was old and smelt like smoke. They allow dogs, which is why we stayed there. There is ample grass places around the hotel with a path and river, which was nice.

The flourescent lights did not have coverings over them. The bathroom door was warped and hard to close. Door to room would only open by pulling the handle up hard. The included breakfast was just stuff in wrappers that you had to take with you because they don't have a lobby. Parking was limited as they share their parking lot with a ChickFilA.

The staff were great and I would consider coming back here because of them. They gave me a nice room that reflected onto the back of the building and garden view. Unfortunately construction outside shut down water for several hours. I could not brush my teeth or flush the toilet before going to bed.

Unsanitary rooms, says theres breakfast but theres only oatmeal muffins and coffee, parking lot is crazy and hard to pull into because of lines at the chick fil a. They were more then welcoming to cancel the remaining of our stay. But if you go through expedia get the cancelation option just in case. Seems like no matter the unpredictable situtation is that if you get the no coverage fee, they won't make exceptions even when police are involved.

It was close to the sugar house u of u. Beautiful parks around. I was not happy with the male manager. I booked a king deluxe suite and after getting to the room i walked into 2 beds. When i called dowm to the desk i was told the king room is out of order. Not real pleased as i was not told this upfront. The room was dirty. I took pictures as well. I get it is for extended stay we are staying 3 days for medical appointments. I was not pleased with how the room looked or how management handled my issues.

Very conveniently located, However, the room smelled like it used to be a smoking room and hadn’t ever gotten rid of the smell and the bathtub, while it may have been cleaned, was so stained it looked dirty. I think that is the nature of an older hotel that hasn’t been updated.

The room was clean everywhere except the floors were filthy. After our kids walked from the bed to the bathroom, we noticed the bottom of their feet were black. Our socks were black by the end of our stay. Everything else was great. We had a great check in, friendly staff. Please clean the floors better!

I like how it has external entrances- not inside hallways. The location is great and has nice walking area(s) and pet accommodation with provided bags and trash cans. The current construction to the road out front makes getting in and out challenging which isn’t their fault. Biggest thing was some necessary items for extended stays even when requested weren’t available : dish soap, paper towels etc. secondly breakfast is only oatmeal packets, pre packaged muffins and granola bars. There is laundry which is nice and it felt safe and quiet.

If you love rock hard beds, low water pressure with a very poor quality shower head, soft water that seems to linger on your skin no matter how much you scrub, a non helpful staff, a higher price than the Plaza, and a single granola bar with a cup of coffee as your only “free breakfast” choice, then this place is for you. It’s not even a good budget motel, because I paid $20 less for the Plaza, and it had a nice shower and comfy bed.
