We were blown away at their breakfast buffet, unlike any we’ve experienced on our trip and quite unexpected. It’s located in a beautiful suburban area close to Salt Lake City and surrounded by a variety of restaurants.

Have you ever stayed at a hotel that didn’t have pillows for your room? Well apparently it’s a thing. Got a suite with a pull out bed for the kids and they didn’t have pillows for them. Pulled out the bed, the sheets probably haven’t been changed in months. Went to the front desk to get someone to change them as we were leaving for dinner and she handed me over a pile of sheets and blankets and said here ya go. Spider webs above master bed, toilet that would randomly run. Won’t be staying there again.

The area was great and the hotel was nice. It does need some improvement regarding cleanliness. Our room had some weord stains on the curtains and there were crumbs underneath the bedsheets. Other than that, the hotel was nice. I didn't feel like I was in a bad neighborhood. There are a few restaurants and bar and grills nearby which was very convenient! The staff was very friendly too. I would recommend this hotel.

This was the best place to stay as we were attending a concert at the Maverik Center which was right there. We watched the traffic for 2 hours trying to file out of there and we just walked back to our hotel. Plus there's many dining options around the area.

The property was great. Our check-in wasn’t the best, the desk clerk wasn’t friendly. We love Crystal Inn and stay there all the time and usually have no complaints. But this stay wasn’t our favorite. Otherwise I totally recommend Crystal Inn!

Great airport hotel with free shuttle and they pay for an Uber if you have an early flight. Breakfast was perfect. Super convenient places to eat. Dated facility but great experience.

It’s not a bad place to stay. It was easy to find and the parking was great as we were travelling with an RV. There were restaurants close by and just a couple miles away. The rooms were nicely appointed and appeared recently updated, which was nice. (Not a fan of the bar soap.). The in room coffee was not great and we had to ask for it as only one decaf pod was provided. The linens and towels and pillows were very nice and white. The breakfast was ho-hum. Real half and half cream would be a great addition for the coffee drinkers in the breakfast room. We could hear the guests in the rooms above and beside us, so sound proofing can’t be great, and fortunately for us there were no rowdy guests that stayed up late. :-).

The rooms are pretty big. It's nice when you actually have space to move around the beds. The pool was fun. Hot tub was just warm, not really hot. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many good options for breakfast and the staff worked non-stop to keep the dining area clean and well stocked.
