When I first got their to check-in, the lady at the desk got my name and phone number and was saying that my room was canceled. It didn’t make sense, so I was checking my Expedia app realizing that I didn’t see anything saying my room was canceled. She was coming off extremely aggressive, because I was telling her it didn’t seem right. I tell her I know it wasn’t her fault, but I needed a room. She tells me I might have to call another hotel. As I get ready to call Expedia to see what is going on, she says that my room reactivated on the computer. Mind you, this was my first time at this hotel and I never got a message at all saying that my room was canceled, which I never canceled it. After that experience, I won’t be returning.
