The pool was partially heated, so warmer than a regular indoor pool. The hot tub/jacuzzi was not very hot (easy to just submerge in one go).

This is a very nice place to stay and I’m sure we will return. Rooms are clean, comfortable, attractive, and quiet. Laundry room was dirty and in disarray… I don’t often do laundry in a hotel but it was less than ideal here. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were helpful when needed. Espresso machine wasn’t fully working which was a minor bummer. Would be great if they had a small dog potty station somewhere on the grounds but the grounds have some other nice amenities like basketball court and cookout area. Overall great job - thank you!

Stayed here a few years ago and it's sort of gone downhill. I think sometimes staff doesn't realize how important the outdoor presentation is. Clean up the smoking area. Just because people smoke doesnt mean we want a dirty area to do so? Broken seating and lack of proper disposal for cigarette butts means a dirty, run down looking area. Keeping parking lots clean keeps your floors/carpets cleaner, too.

This is a very good hotel. Clean and felt like a safe area. We enjoyed our stay and slept very well. There was a nice citrus hand face soap as well. The towels were a bit rough which made a great lufa however, we could have used at least one more large towel. They had a nice large breakfast and long hours to get it. I would have enjoyed some fresh fruit as well. There interesting toppings or fillers for these unusual sourdough waffles. The pool was outdoors and cool but very refreshing. The hot tub was a bit too cool but had pretty good jets. I would go back if Inwas in that area again.

Pillows to big for us - need an alternate selection. Breakfast very ordinary - scrambled eggs "just" warm and plastic utensils were useless. In room, shutters were not a good dark out option for sleep. Lights at bed not good enough for reading and warm vs cool bulbs might be better. Pictures and bedroom carpeting not warm and/or appealing. Couldn't find water in lobby or dining room area? Did we miss it? One employee (guy - forgot his name) very warm and helpful with directions.

Nice fairly new hotel. furnishings were newish. very easy check-in. Good breakfast but had no knives and attendant could not find them. Comfortable bed but pillows were way too fat. Had a stiff neck in the morning as a result. Suggestions - if you provide 2 pillows per person per bed , make the pillows different thicknesses. Room appeared clean but after walking bare foot on the floor a little bit and then stepping into the shower - black dirt came off the bottom of my feet.

They had a lounge. Place to buy snacks. Breakfast in the morning. It was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay and look forward to booking with hotel with future stays when I go back to Safford.
