We were in shock and awe. For a very reasonable price we got a huge clean room, very large bathroom, excellent quality mattress and pillows, gorgeous pool(we did not use it) good snacks and drinks for reasonable price, quiet sleep, fabulous shower. Can not say enough good things.

Decent basic motel if you want to spend the night away from Houston. Rooms are fine, nothing fancy but good for a quick bed for the night. Convenience store right around the corner was nice to have

Check in was excellent. Room was clean, however, the remote/TV connection left a lot to be desired. According to f/d who came to check out my tv/remote, i would only be able to get very specific channels. Unfortunately, the guide showed nearly 40 channels starting at channel 15.1, the signal for which never came in. The guests above us sounded like a herd of elephants so I called f/d to have them please try to be a little quieter. About an hour later they calmed down.

I contacted Expedia and this chains' headquarters with a complaint when I got home, cutting my stay in half. The front desk clerk kept me waiting 10 minutes, guessing she was in the bathroom. Got to the room, it was open and dirty, the sheets still on the bed. It took almost 30 minutes for the front desk to assign me to another room. Also, there was NO airconditioning working in the first room. It was NOT working, no matter what setting it was on. I decided to go to another hotel. The desk clerk stated she could not refund my check in early charge, although I waited for almost an HOUR for her to find a room that WAS empty and had working airconditining. It took a good other 30 minutes for the new room to cool. She claimed I had not notified her the room was not ready and the air was not working. Guess she thought it was someone else that was calling every 15 minutes. She topped it off by saying it was just too bad. Too bad expedia NOR the parent company bothered to contact me in ANY way. I will NOT stay there again when coming back to town.

The AC in my room made a screaming noise when it came on . The coffee machine was nasty and didn’t work . The bed is uncomfortable . The guest are aloud to stand at the exit door and smoke so the hall way smells of smoke . Motel 6 can leave the light on but I am not staying another night in one.

It was definitely a pleasant stay except it would be cool if they would upgrade their vending machine for you can use a card instead of cash like other hotels have,

Don’t do it!
The customer service was HORRIBLE. Couldn’t get extra pillows. The smell in the lobby was extremely overwhelming (not a clean smell) and the smell on the 2nd floor was a musty smell. The beds are extremely hard. We asked for extra pillows and they couldn’t offer those but could offer blankets. The worst part was the customer service. Not a single employee smiled….EVER. And weren’t personable or friendly at all.

CHECK OUT TIME BEFORE CHECK OUT
The overall stay at this hotel was great. The only complaint me and fiance have is that hotel employee and the manager were knocking on the door between the hour of 10am and 1030am. Check out was at 11am. They were disturbing us before check out. When we were down in the lobby to check out at 1050am, no one was there. I guess they were knocking on doors?

Great customer serve!
The staff at the front desk was amazing. We arrived earlier than planned and ge checked us in and let us know when our room was ready. Being tired and hungry we brought our food in to wait for our room. The staff got us some chairs, plates and utensils (since the restaurant did not include). That was so nice and helpful. Sorry I forgot his name.
