We pride ourselves on resolving issues should they arise. Very clean and quiet property. Free shuttle to Mayo clinic is available numerous times daily. They have a small shop with food and drinks. There's a great restaurant attached. The fitness and lounging areas are amazing.

It is a lovely new property that has more amenities than most. There is a pool, billiards, golf simulator, and a restaurant on site and many nearby. The only negative comment would be that they store their linens in the hallways

There are times that we order in a larger than normal supply in anticipation of a high demand & our store room cannot accommodate the excess.We will be honored to offer you our hospitality at any time you return to the Rochester, MN. region.

There are good and bad things about the Berkman. The property is visually attractive with a clean, contemporary style. Unfortunately the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. It was impossible to sit and watch TV on the couch, it was like sitting on bleachers in a high school gymnasium. The bed was also hard and uncomfortable with flat pillows. This was our second, and last, stay at Berkman. We will go back to Staybridge Suites on Commerce for future Mayo visits. There were many positives, however. The bathroom was roomy with lots of towels and a nice, deep tub (may be difficult for those with mobility issues). The kitchen was a large, full kitchen with dishes, silverware, etc. The parking garage is best suited for those with compact cars as exiting the garage was challenging every time. The free shuttle back and forth to Mayo worked very well.

This is the best property. We will Always come back here when staying in Rochester. It is clean, staff is so nice and helpful. I love the hot pot and coffee with grinder and pour over option. The cookies as a gift are enjoyed.

Great studio apt for the night.
Very nice place to stay. I needed an oven so I could bring green bean casserole to xmas dinner so opted to stay here vs. a hotel. I think I would opt for these accommodations every time. The place seemed brand new. Very nice amenities on the 4th floor. It was also nice to have a small kitchenette in my room. The $20 parking charge seemed excessive but 1) i know my vehicle was safe and 2) there wasn't really anywhere else to park close by so its paying for convenience.

A good location
This is a good place to stay if you have business at St. Mary's Hospital (directly across the street). They offer comfortable studio, one bed or two bedroom apartments. The place is well kept, the staff are professional, the amenities are good. I found the beds and the furniture were not very comfortable in the apartment we rented. We were in a two bedroom, and I tried both beds. The master had a king bed and it was really hard. The second room had a queen bed and it was way too soft. The living room furniture was not the type you want to sit on very long -I would start getting low back pain. The chairs around the dining area were higher up and no back, for me - 5 mins tops and I had to get off. I am not a fan of the keyless entry system and had a lot of problems with it. Really struggled with leaving the garage. I found the staff eager to help and very friendly. The long term residents were also friendly. There are a lot of dogs (and not all small and not all friendly either) so if you don't like dogs or are allergic like me, that can be problem. Loved the fourth floor area and great amenities!

I'm sorry you found the furniture uncomfortable; if we had been made aware of the issues you were having, we would have been happy to try to resolve them during your stay. It was messaged to us that your party preferred not to download the app for our keyless entry system and we issued keycards for your stay instead. The keycards are not as convenient to us as an app on the phone, especially at the parking ramp exit. Should you return to the Rochester area, we hope you will give us another opportunity to make your stay more comfortable.

really lovely place to stay!! So many amenities. The pool and poolside are gorgeous, the gym is fully stocked and very nice. The front desk staff were so pleasant & helpful! Gave me some great recommendations for places to eat. I stayed alone and felt very safe there. Everything is brand new & so clean. They provide coffee & cookies in your room which is a TREAT!!

Felt like a special guest coming here
It was an amazing stay. My sister and I came here so that we could spend time together with our sister in St Mary’s hospital. When we checked into our room we could not believe how clean and comfortable this hotel is. We took pictures and sent them to family and friends to let them know our experience. The staff her is awesome and the amenities are so amazing. I will definitely be back again. Thank you for your hospitality

This property is directly across from Mayo's St. Mary Campus. I chose it for proximity to Cardiac care, for an extended stay for a family member's surgery. The location is excellent for walking to and from the hospital. The area is well lit and safe at all hours. There is a great natural food grocery 4 blocks from the facility. The guest suite room had everything I needed plus the luxury of laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciated the common area's Zoom rooms for private meetings, and comfortable places to work. The fitness facility is large with ample equipment. I had to extend my stay due to surgery schedule. I appreciated Berkman staff facilitating the change and making lodging stress free at a stressful time for my family. Overall I was amazed by the value Berkman offers compared to surrounding hotels. Berkman will be my first choice when I travel to Rochester/Mayo for future healthcare needs.

We stayed here for my son’s surgery which was across the street at St Mary’s. It was my husband & I along with my son and his wife. We had a two bedroom two bath apartment/hotel room. It included a kitchen, living room balcony and laundry with walk in closet and a den. It was very comfortable and modern & the concierge was super helpful. My husband who is a paraplegic & in a wheelchair was pleased with our room and it’s easy access. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy all of the amenities including the pool & patio are which was lovely. Chase the concierge was super nice and helpful! I would stay again 10/10
