Ashley, I am sorry to hear that this was your experience. We are a pet friendly hotel so it is possible that an animal had an accident. May I ask, did you bring these issues up to our staff? We pride ourselves on resolving issues should they arise. We have high standards of cleanliness at The Berkman and we will address this issue with the Housekeeping Supervisor as this is not our normal standards here.

I'm sorry you found the furniture uncomfortable; if we had been made aware of the issues you were having, we would have been happy to try to resolve them during your stay. It was messaged to us that your party preferred not to download the app for our keyless entry system and we issued keycards for your stay instead. The keycards are not as convenient to us as an app on the phone, especially at the parking ramp exit. Should you return to the Rochester area, we hope you will give us another opportunity to make your stay more comfortable.
