4 stars, very nice rooms, would have been 5 stars except for water pressure of the showers. Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean.

Very nice suites, lots of amenities, pool was a little small but warm, great continental breakfast, friendly staff, close to downtown…will definitely be staying here again!

The overall stay was great for a birthday weekend getaway. Only downside was the hot tub was out of service.

Free shuttle to/from Mayo Clinic. All the staff including front, kitchen, cleaning and housekeeping are giving top notch service. Very pleasant stay. Will return next time we come back to Mayo Clinic. We were impressed how hard cleaning and housekeeping staffs are working morning and evening. Thank you for the comfortable at-home stay. :)

This property is always very clean and close to Mayo Clinic. The only item disappointing is the Social Hour is only offered Monday thru Wednesday.

It was very nice for the price but the hot tub temp did not stay consistent. One night it was cold and one night it was too hot.

The underground garage parking was great! Nice workout facility We wished the hot tub jets would have been working though. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic also

It was a very comfortable hotel. There was coffee and water always available in the lobby. It had a nice social hour on certain days. It had a parking garage attached to the hotel. Very convenient to all the medical facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great except pool area
Everything was amazing and great except the pool. With 2 hotels sharing a pool area, a 5 person hot tub is ridiculous. Pool was so small spending time with kids in the pool was hard to find a time without other families trying to do the same. Other than that nothing to complain about. Short walk to Mayo St Marys. Great breakfast.

Overall, it was a great experience. The Staybridge is our favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Rochester. We’ve always had nice, quiet rooms; however this stay we were given room that was on first floor and our room was directly on a wall next to the parking garage and we heard the garage door open/close every few minutes throughout the day/night. So, that was unfortunate. It will not deter us from staying here again. We’ll just request not to be next to the parking.
