The room was great, clean & big enough, also the rate that I have paid was very reasonable, room service was good. My only point was about glass door of the bathroom, it needs renovation completely.

Hotel with the rate I paid was really good in the hurt of Riyadh city. It’s true that the hotel is a bit old but still well maintained and staff is highly rated. I recommend it for business people.

Driving in Saudi is much tricker.. This hotel is on the major way and right in front of Police headquarters, guarnteed safety, not only its basement parking lot, but also around of the hotel. Staffs are willing to help customers. If you go this hotel, don't forget to add breakfasr, enjoying Western and Arabic food. Manager gradly extend our check out from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Employees are well trained and having good communication skill.I will stay here again... Thanks for the kind people of the hotel.

We had to wait over 15mins to check in, as the reception was unattended. When the receptionist finally arrived, he didn't even greet us, no professionalism shown at all. Also, we booked a room with two king beds and only got one bed. The gym was not open during the opening hours and was in a terrible shape (lots of dust, rusty machines, no air ventilation or a/c).

Breakfast is expensive .. Should be a menue beside the open buffet. As I eat only fool with a cup of tea costed me 55 Riyals !! The restaurant location should be reached by left, especially for people on a wheelchairs or has a knees pains .Rgds. ,
