“The maids even do your dishes!”
We loved the value of this place. It was clean and safe. The kitchenette worked well, though cutting vegetables with a table knife was a bit of a feat. We had the option of cooling with ceiling fan and or AC, and stayed comfortable even when it was blazing outdoors. The in-room safe worked to hold passports and computer, just in case. The wifi was unstable and sometimes just unavailable. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful, though they didn't have change for a 10 for us and for other guests.

The service was excellent. All the staff were very kind , helpful and very friendly. All members at the front desk and restaurant very kind. The room was very clean and excellent presentation. I totally recommend this hotel!!. Not disappontement at all.
“Great value/money option in Playa del Carmen”
It's a good hotel... You have a kitchen in your room with fridge and all the things you need to survive on a low budget travel. In addition, it's located 4 blocks from the beach, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. The hotel pool seldom sees sunlight, but since you have the beach so close it shouldn't be a problem. Good value/money hotel.

We really liked this hotel and strongly recommend it! We stayed 3 nights in April 2011, There's a beautifull pool, the hotel looks nice and clean. Rooms are fine. We were glad to have a kitchenette to save money on food, micro-waves, fridge, coffee machine, plates, glasses, coffee cups, cuttlery, pan... and thats about it. A few more things in the kitchen would have been better tho... like a toaster, dishwashing liquid and cloths. But its ok... Great location, in a little cute street, close to restaurants, beach and bars, but enough far to not hear the music, so perfect. People complain for the noise because of how its build. The pool is in the middle with open sky, rooms are around the pool on 4 or 5 level, so there's echo, but its really not that bad. We had such a cheap price by booking last minute too. Nice Staff.

Excellent hotel. We were very satisfied. It is in a great location with everything walking distance but without the noise. It is very new and clean. We would return anytime.

Room was nice. It had a balcony, but not the greatest view. Mattress was quite hard. Otherwise everything was good

clean, modern rooms. quiet well working a/c. nice pool and courtyard. sun in the morning and shade in the heat of the afternoon. kitchenette was a plus, and the coffee maker was awsome in the mornings. big shower stall with lots of hot water and good pressure.. 4 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave, and 3 blocks to walmart for groceries, felt safe walking at any hour..staff very friendly and helpfull. lots of closet and storage room.
“clean and convienent”
we picked this hotel because it was close to the ferry to Cozumel and the price was reasonable. the room was clean and comfortable. we arrived late to this hotel and it seems we got the last available room. apparently the lock wasn't working on our door and it took a while for them to finally open it up. it would have been funny but we were very tired and just wanted to go to sleep. it looked like a nice place to stay but we had to move on in the morning.
