I made a reservation for 2 room and each with a "queen" bed. I was put in a room with 2 single bed. Breakfast very bad with bad fruits.

I paid for 2 days reservation i tried to check in for the next day in morning they wouldn’t allow me to even though it was already paid for the day before, i was tired they told to wait until check in time which was 5 hours later!

I stayed at room 615 and the room was not big enough. The restroom door didn’t closed or lock. For being rated a 4 star hotel and for that price, is not worth staying in here.

Great Hotel in Barra
They gave a great room, with great views. Hotel is clean and staff is professional and courteous. I'm extending my stay here.

Great location, close to major beaches and premium shopping locations. Rooms were very clean and staff very professional and friendly. Breakfast food was amazing. Lunch menu not so good. Steak was ok. Lobby area clean and welcoming. Gym needs maintenance. Pool was dirty. Amazing views from roof top pool area. Bartenders at the pool were great. I’d stay here again!

It was disappointing to see stains in the linen. Due to Covid-19 hotel seemed not to have housekeeping on weekend, whuch was my stay. So, I had to sleep on dirty linen. Additionally, on Sunday, at 7:30 am, I was woke up with the sound of furniture being dragged on the apartment above mine. Couldn't tell whether was the guest or hotel maintenence personnel. I reported on check out.

I didn’t like it, before check out time they already turn everything off, go to the room, don’t give the person time to decide whether to continue or not, other hotels I stayed at sometimes wait until 13:00 to take any kind of action, in other words, the management of this hotel is very horrible.

Nao gostei , antes da hora do check out eles j desligam tudo , vão no quarto, não dão tempo para a pessoa decidir se vai continuar ou não, outros hotéis que fiquei as vezes esperam até as 13:00 para tomar qualquer tipo de atitude , ou seja muito horrível a administração desse hotel.

Com exceção do quarto, o resto foi péssimo: - Desde a chegada. Os carros se acumulavam na entrada. Não dava pra sair se tivesse um carro parado na frente do hoteml. - A recepção terrível: afastamente social? jamais.. uma zona.. todos aglomerados e apenas UM atendente para uma fila infinita! Conseguimos fazer check-in depois de meia hora no mínimo - estacionamento: tipo, onde fica o estacionamento? bem é uma portinha manual, fechada por um cadeado apenas, onde um funcionário (uma espécie de faz tudo) tem que abrir e fechar Manualmente. Outra demora.. ficamos na rua uns 10 minutos até alguém ir abrir o estacionamento, que custou R$23,00 a diária, pago A PARTE. - Quarto: sem cobertor. Tem que pedir na recepção. Chamei a recepção e NINGUÉM atendia.. Também pudera.. um funcionário para atender a multidão e TELEFONE! Tive que descer e pedir... pergunto: Qual o tamanho do cobertor pra ver se era de casal ou solteiro. Resposta: Não sei te dizer... Affff! - Café da manhã: parecia estouro da boiada... Muvuca alucinada de pessoas que pareciam nunca terem visto café da manhã. Apesar de bem embaldo as coisas (pães, frutas), o café acabava num segundo e demorava pra report. Pão de queijo? Esquece... teria que esperar 15 minutos (no mínimo), segundo os garçons. Enfim.. uma ZONA.. mais pessoas do que lugares no local. No quarto, um barulho infernal vindo da avenida, ou seja, vedação ZERO. Uma verdadeira DECEPÇÃO!

Boa noite! Hotel fachada bonita tem 4 elevador mas só dois funciona ! Funcionário da recepção ótimo! Da garagem só um que é educado! Parede do quarto mofada posso mandar foto! Só pode entrar às 3 mas tem que sair às 12! Tem tudo para ser um ótimo hotel! Esquecendo o café da manhã tem pouca opção pelo preço da diária! Mas as moças do café são educadas

Muito ruim. Piscina muito suja. Atendimento no bar da piscina com atendente ausente, ficava fora do bar 20 minutos. Não tinha nenhuma cerveja no bar da piscina, alegaram que o fornecedor não entregou. Faltou plano B. Me venderam uma caipivodka de absolut e não tinha absolut, enfim, nem vou inumerar as outras cousas.
