There was no AC, pathetic breakfast and dirty carpets. They even charge for the bus/shuttle service and the theme park is not on walking distance. It should not be even one star hotel

Très bon rapport qualité/ prix
Nous avons choisi cet hotel pour sa proximité avec Europapark et Rulantica. Arrivée après 20h une enveloppe nous attendait à l'acceuil et nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre immédiatement. La chambre est propre, draps et serviettes de bain fournis pour toute la famille. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est agréable et fait des efforts pour parler français.

Pro: Definitely a great location for visiting EuropaPark. Con: Surprise bill for 'tax' when checking out. Front desk only staffed until about 2pm. Very few amenities (no laundry, so we had to wash socks in the sink.)

The carpeting is showing its age (in some rooms it has been replaced by wooden floorboards). It would have been nice to have two pillows, of different thickness, in each bed.

Clean, comfortable rooms, super friendly staff! Breakfast included. Parking on site & shuttle service to and from Europa Park. My family and I would be happy to stay at Sun Parc Hotel on our next trip to the area!

Handy location
This hotel is very close to Ringsheim train station, less than 5 mins on foot. The hotel is clean, breakfast is nice, has a supermarket around the corner, very close to the bus stop to/from Europa Park.

Only thing missing was air conditioning, it was very warm. But the window did open wide and they did supply a fan. The hotel was very clean, easy to find and the staff were very nice. Ideal location for Europa-Park. Only a 5 minute drive away.

Das Hotel ist ok. Vielleicht bin ich auch zu kritisch, aber das eine oder andere dürfte man erneuern. Mir ist klar dass das Hotel älter ist und das ist auch völlig ok. Aber die Vorhänge zb. könnte man für wenig Geld auswechseln. Sehr schade fand ich aber vorallem dass die Spinnweben in unserem Zimmer nicht entfernt wurden, selbst wenn sie in der Ecke neben dem Bett waren. Für 180 Euro die Nacht hätte ich das erwartet. Alles in einem sicher ok für eine Nacht.

Check-in unkompliziert am Abend, alles lag bereit. Information mit der Wasserflasche wär ein Hinweis im Couvert sinnvoll gewesen. Weg zum Hotel könnte bereits weiter vorne an der Verzweigung signalisiert werden. Präsenz wirkt eher unscheinbar im Dunkel von aussen.

Im großen Ganzen gut
Im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert, allerdings war der Teppich in unserem Zimmer eine Zumutung. Extrem schmutzig und stank fürchterlich. Kein Lüften half um den Gestank loszuwerden. Da müsste zwingend etwas getan werden.. Check-in war unkompliziert (Couvert mit Zimmerkarten) und das Frühstück war super. Check-out war wieder etwas merkwürdig. Keine Begrüßung, keine Frage nach dem Aufenthalt und keine Möglichkeit den Restbetrag mit Karte zu bezahlen. Check-in, Grösse und Standard Zimmer und Bett sehr toll, Frühstück lecker. Check-out und Teppichhygiene eindeutig verbesserungswürdig.

Es war soweit alles in Ordnung auch dass Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Frühstück alles okay.sehr ordentlich.Dass einzige was nicht ganz so schön war ist der Check in. War etwas ungewöhnlich dass alle Zimmerkarten an der Rezeption lagen.Auch dass man alle Namen der Gäste lesen konnten.Kein Personal an der Rezeption.War etwas befremdlich.Aber trotzdem sehr gut. Würden wieder kommen.
